In a green & quiet setting of a magnificent 15th century castle located at the entrance of our beautiful medieval city of Dinan, you will stay in a 54 m2 loft apartment on the ground floor of the main building. You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where you arrive from) in a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also not overlooked, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from June 26 to September 6.

18th century house on 3 levels located on the banks of the Rance. On the ground floor, a kitchen/dining room as well as a bathroom (shower and toilet). On the 1st, the living room with 2 sofa beds, TV, books and games. On the 2nd floor, the sleeping area with a 160 cm queen size bed. We offer activities: kayak rental, breakfast, dinner, boat trip along the Rance. Ideal cottage for a couple with or without children. On request: cribs, changing table, high chair.

In the continuity of our home, an 80 m2 "cottage" on two levels in the countryside. On the ground floor, equipped kitchen, bathroom, wood stove, sitting area. Upstairs, a large bedroom with beams and ceiling height. Pool, generally accessible from June to end of September. We provide barbecue and tables. Close to the banks of Rance, 10 km from Dinan and 20 km from St Malo. Shops nearby. A peaceful haven on two hectares and a pond. Wellness massages available.
