Excellent stay in a perfect home for both its services and its environment. The terrace and garden facing south and sheltered from the wind are a real plus that we really appreciated. Thanks to Magali for letting us enjoy a few exotic days in Brittany.

My stay was super relaxing. Check in was easy and the house very clean. The surroundings were also beautiful and you can reach everything on foot. A plus is also the parking space on the premises.

We had a truly wonderful time in this charming house! The ideal location was absolutely fantastic: the beach was just a few meters walk and we could even see the water from the brand-new jacuzzi. The fact that we were the first to use it made it extra special! The house itself felt immediately comfortable. The new, cozy sofa in the living room was perfect for relaxing. The kitchen was fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, which was very convenient. We received a very warm welcome from the host's niece and father; the niece also spoke excellent English. We were pleasantly surprised with several thoughtful little touches. The house was also very clean. This is truly a highly recommended place for anyone looking for a relaxing time by the coast. We would love to come back here again!

The house is very nice, very clean and everything is as shown in the pictures. The location is very good, you are at the sea in a few minutes and can take many excursions in the area. Sylvie is a very kind host who we could always reach easily. We had a very nice vacation at Sylvie's house.

very nice location with private pool halfway between the cliffs of Plouha l'île de Brehat and the Penthievre coast with Cape Erquy and Cape Frehel... for hiking enthusiasts a real plus. A perfect stay to unwind! The setting is beautiful and very quiet, ideal for relaxing. The cottage was very nice, well decorated, comfortable and perfectly equipped, nothing was missing. A great weekend, slightly off season. The apartment is very functional and the small balcony that receives the sun from the beginning of the afternoon is a real plus to enjoy the superb view. We could walk from the apartment to go swimming. Valia was very responsive and accommodating for check-in and checkout. A beautiful discovery of Pleneuf, nice restaurants and shops and very nice walks on both sides, doable without taking the car.

We had an amazing night in this home with stunning sea views. The place is even more beautiful than the photos, quiet, clean and perfectly equipped. The place is very nicely located. The closest beach is a few minutes' walk away. The property is very well equipped. We didn't miss anything during our stay. Everything was very clean and tidy. Communication with the landlords worked very well. Highly recommended.

This is an amazing home in a beautiful location. The bedrooms were perfect for a family of 6, we didn’t want to leave the house in the day. Plenty to keep the children entertained. Really fun with the tides. The waves come up to the house and you have the wonderful sound of waves all day. When the tide is low you can spend hours exploring the beach. The nearby towns are also beautiful. If it rains cost up inside and enjoy the board games with the sea at your doorstep. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. We had an amazing time at Yann's house for 4 days. Everything was as described or even better. Yann was extremely available and nice to help us when we had any issues. We recommend eyes closed this experience that we will surely repeat!

We had a great time with my 10-year-old daughter. The studio is very well furnished, clean, functional and tastefully decorated. The sea view is very beautiful. A small private garden (shared with the 2nd studio) allows you to enjoy the sun while admiring the view. The hosts are available and attentive and you can enjoy the terrace of their Café Librairie for drinks and snacks. The studio is easily accessible from Saint Brieuc train station with the city bus. You can also reach Martin Beach on foot in 35-40 minutes by a route that offers beautiful views of the Bay. You still need to bring sports shoes but the course is accessible even for a young child. Small shopping area within a 10-minute walk offering all the necessary services. Thank you for this wonderful stay!

We spent 5 wonderful days here with our dog. The beach is right on the property as well as a sailing school, making the property ideal for water sports enthusiasts. Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity allow for long walks with and without dogs. The house is very cozy and well equipped. Communication with Fanny was friendly and impeccable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
