My Cool House

Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

Our house is situated 50 meters from the sea, were you will find greek tavernas with local specialities. Easy accesable for excursions(Hydra, Spetses, Portoxeli,Poros ect) for one day trips. The house is a 2 minute walk from the ermioni harbour. A small pool-jacquzzi is available on the private terrace for relaxing, not suitable for small children. Captain Rizos's House

The Registry listed, red stone house of Captain Rizos, shipowner at that time, stands on Poros channel since 1851, having reached the 6th generation of the family. It is a house full of history and memories that have remained alive from generation to generation. In this place, the Greek poet Kostis Palamas vacationed in the summers.
