Nestled on the cliff, at the entrance to the port of Legué, my 85 m2 house will invite you to live according to the tides. Facing south, you will be dazzled by the sunrises and flooded with light. Lovers of walks can take the GR34 and discover the bay of St-Brieuc. The house is not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

The small medieval town of Moncontour is 4 km away. There you will find the main local shops as well as a municipal swimming pool. The Côte d'Emeraude and the city of St Brieuc are about 30 km away. Lamballe is 20 km away. At your disposal, 2 bicycles if you feel like pedaling, an electric barbecue, and 2 deck chairs
