The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The communication with Alban was excellent. The location of the apartment could not have been better. The immediate proximity to the beach, the countless restaurants and bars as well as the view from the 14th floor were perfect.

Really the perfect place to be quiet, double glazing with blinds. Clean condominium, 1 min from the pool and the beach. Comfortable mattress. Just missing a small bedside lamp in the bedroom to make an even more cozy atmosphere. A huge thank you for being so available to us.

We stayed a week in Idlir's apartment. The contact with Idlir and his wife went smoothly and straightforward. We arrived at 11:30 pm and were personally and warmly received. The hosts were very accessible and accommodating. The highlight of the apartment was the direct beach location and the direct breathtaking sea view. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. After a very relaxing week, we highly recommend the apartment!

Loved staying here! Walkable distance to everything in the city and taxis avaliable for those excursions that are further outside the city. Manol was friendly, helpful and always ensured we were happy with everything during our visit. Supermarket literally 2minute walk around the corner for those that like to cook too and resturants nearby including amazing tacos place just outside the apartment on his doorstep for those that don't like to cook. I would stay here again when coming back to Albania. Thank you again Manol.

This apartment has a beautiful view and the beach is literally in front of you. Just go down the elevator, leave the building and turn to the left and the beach is 30 meters in front of you. I definitely recommend this property to visit in June like I did, because the beach is almost empty and the water is nice! Thank you.

This was the nicest place we've been in whole Albania. It's so nicely arranged, the kitches has good equipment, two bathrooms ... what more one may want? It's around 2km to the main promenade, but beach is very close, in walkabke distance. We stayed just for one night and it was so nice stay we would always return back.

Perfect Stay in Durrës – Highly Recommend! I had a fantastic experience staying at Emi’s Airbnb in Durrës. The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The sea view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and made every morning feel special. One of the standout features was the building itself: it had a fully functional elevator, which made coming and going with luggage so much easier. The location was also perfect for a relaxing getaway. Emi was an exceptional host—friendly, respectful, and always quick to respond. He made sure everything went smoothly during my stay, and I truly appreciated his hospitality and professionalism. Nice airbnb, good instructions

A lovely place, 30 seconds away from the Durres beach and a 10-minute bus from the city centre. The host was superb, responding instantly and answering all my queries, as well as arranging a taxi for us at the airport. For the price you pay, it is far superior to every other Airbnb in the area that costs the same. would 100% recommend it if you are looking for a holiday with a cheaper budget.

Bjorn was a great host! Very responsive and always helpful. I’ve been to Tirana a bunch of times and this was a very pleasant stay. The appartment was spacious with 2 double bedrooms and 1,5 bathrooms. Very big living room and kitchen and a nice spacious balcony. Very centrally located in Blloku (place to be).

Great stay, the host was proactive in communication, provided with very clear instructions and was always responsive. The apartment is located in the centre, away from noisy streets in a quiet but at the same time very close to the centre. The apartment was clean and just as it looked like in the photos. After checking in, Arlind made sure that everything is okay. Overall a great experience and definitely recommended!

I stayed at the apartment for five weeks. It’s an extremely comfortable place to be and the host is responsive to any specific needs that arise. Artan is a very nice host. Hé is realy intrested in you as his guest. He asked me several times if everything was oké. I van reccomend a stay with Artan. Specially now he is modernising his house. I am curious for the results in 2 months.
