Great place to stay and host is very responsive and easy to communicate with.

We loved this place for our stay in Madrid. The location is excellent, close to everything, but quiet. The little balconies are nice for fresh air. The place was perfectly clean and had plenty of closet space. We would stay here again. The photos of how to enter were incredibly helpful. We love this place!

O apartamento é extremamente bem localizado, com 10min de caminhada estávamos em vários pontos turísticos, muito fácil de chegar por metro, a estação Opera serve muito bem. O apartamento estava bem limpo. Não tem ar condicionado no quarto, mas ligando o da sala o calor já fica bem controlado. Estava 32ºC na minha estadia.

Excelente departamento, gran ubicación con todo muy cerca caminando y con parada de autobús en la esquina y el metro a 2 calles, el apartamento de un gran tamaño y muy cómodo y confortable superó mis expectativas, sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo y lo volvería a rentar, la anfitriona excelente y siempre al pendiente. Felicitaciones.

L'appartement se trouve en plein centre, avec toutes les commodités à proximité, dans un quartier très vivant. Situé au 1er étage, il est spacieux, lumineux et une fenêtre du séjour s'ouvre sur une place. Nous avons passé 8 nuits dans cet appartement qui est parfait pour un couple. La décoration est agréable, la cuisine et la salle de douche-WC sont bien agencées. Petit bémol, la salle de douche et le WC sont commandés par la chambre, ce qui pourrait créer un inconfort au-delà de deux personnes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la souplesse de Enrique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement confortable et nous le recommandons aux couples qui souhaitent se trouver en plein centre de Madrid.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este precioso apartamento frente a la Plaza Mayor. La ubicación no puede ser mejor: justo en el centro histórico, con vistas espectaculares de la ciudad desde la terraza. El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos: luminoso, impecable y decorado con muy buen gusto. La atención de Reyes y su equipo fue excepcional desde el primer contacto. Coordinamos fácilmente el check-in, estuvieron atentos a nuestra llegada en tren desde Barcelona y nos recibieron con puntualidad y amabilidad. Todo el proceso fue muy fluido. El lugar está equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda: aire acondicionado, cocina completa, wifi rápido, lavadora y una cama muy confortable. Además, el edificio es seguro y tranquilo, ideal para descansar después de explorar la ciudad. Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!

Helena's apartment is in a fabulous location and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's in a very busy area and yet is a peaceful haven inside. It is really easy to walk to great places to eat and sightsee and we would recommend staying here.

Friendly host and great location—perfect for enjoying food within walking distance. Thanks for the delicious cheesecake! Just a small reminder: the hot water needs to reheat after use, so the second person might need to wait a bit before showering. Also, the flat doesn’t have windows facing the street—it’s quiet, but there’s no view if that’s something you’re looking for.

Awesome terrace for the cool mornings and calm evenings. Great location within walking distance of everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were very easy and host provided clear instructions. Really comfortable for a group of 4 adults.

En pleno Lavapiés, pero a la vez muy tranquilo y cómodo. Muy bien situado. El piso muy limpio y cómodo. Todo nuevo. Recomendable para una pareja.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

Notre séjour dans l’appartement s’est très bien passé ! L’appartement est bien équipé, en demi sous sol ce qui permet de garder une certaine fraîcheur ! La literie est confortable et la salle de bain top (mention spéciale au jacuzzi après de longues balades !) La mini terrasse est appréciable ! Le quartier est calme tout en disposant de tout à quelques pas : supermarché, petits commerces, multiples d’arrêt de bus (la meilleure façon de se déplacer depuis l’appartement pour les sites plus touristiques !)

If I could give this place 20 stars I would!! - Our hosts were responsive, thoughtful, kind and considerate with every touch point in the suite. So many GREAT recommendations too! - This Airbnb is one of the cutest I have had the pleasure to stay at - not just the adorable design elements, but the efficient layout, well appointed amenities and the general positive energy in the neighbourhood all contributed to a fabulous stay - The location cannot be more central - literally mere steps away from the hustle and bustle of Gran Via and beyond, but still tucked away enough that it's ALWAYS quiet and peaceful - No matter how hot it got outside (and it was HOT during our visit), the space somehow magically remained cool & comfortable! Even though it's fully equipped with AC in the living room and AC and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, at no point did we feel the need to turn them on. It's like a miracle! - Soooo many restaurants, shops, supermarkets etc in the immediate proximity GRACIAS!
