The apartment is on the 1. high floor of the Altamar 2 building and has a breathtaking ocean view. It is suitable to comfortably accommodate 6 people. It has exclusive parking. We are 5 minutes away from the shopping mall. The direct exit to the beach is perfect for morning walks along the beach. We have covered places on the beach that can be used for various activities. IMPORTANT: Due to the gated community policy, only guests without criminal records will be accepted.
