A strategic location to enjoy as a family. 10 minutes from Piriapolis and 30 minutes from Punta del Este, 500 meters away, is the resort's shopping center, supermarket, restaurant, butcher shop, ice cream parlor. It's an ideal place to rest. The beach is suitable for swimming and there is a lifeguard in season. The resort is a quiet place to enjoy the sea and sun, and just minutes away from all the nightlife.

Disfruta con toda la familia en este tranquilo lugar. A 100 mts de la playa, en el corazón d Playa Verde. Zona con restaurantes y servicios cerca. Ideal para descansar en verano y en invierno ya que posee estufa a leña y aires acondicionados frió/calor en todas las habitaciones, TV smart y wifi . Amplio jardín con parrillero y deck techado. Casa para 5 personas, con dos cuatros y un baño. Se cobra la luz aparte por tener tres equipos. Se aceptan como máximo una mascota en tenencia responsable

Comfortable house on Playa Verde.

This is a house built with shipping containers, very comfortable and functional, 90 m2 and is located 300m from "La Falda" beach. The kitchen is integrated into a large living room with large windows that give a great view of the patio and front. It has outdoor spaces to enjoy throughout the day. At the exit to the patio there is a large covered area for cooking with firewood and in the patio there is a tub of hot water.
