Apartamento totalmente renovado y con todas las comodidades, muy luminoso y soleado, a veinte metros de la playa, con una ubicación excepcional en la Urbanización de Roquetas. Tiene salida directa al paseo marítimo. Consta de un amplio y acogedor salón con sofá-cama, cocina totalmente equipada y abierta, un dormitorio, baño y terrazas. Urbanización muy tranquila, podrás dormir oyendo las olas del mar y a pocos metros de la zona de bares, restaurantes y comercios.

Ubicado en una zona tranquila en el campo de Golf Playa Serena (acceso directo para golfistas), cerca de la playa (500 m) y de los negocios locales. Conexión wifi de alta velocidad, Smart télévision. Aparcamiento no privativo gratis en la calle. Posibilidad de alquiler de bicicletas y palos de golf (avisar con antelación).

Ground floor apartment, completely renovated in 2020, very bright. Large bedroom with air conditioning, USB plugs and large built-in wardrobe. Full bathroom with large shower tray. Kitchen with all appliances, crockery, kitchenware, and toaster. Large living room with sofa bed and air conditioning. Parking for residents, and pedestrian access to the beach. Close to bars and restaurants and the natural park where you can walk or play sports.

Apartamento en pleno corazón de la urbanización de roquetas de mar, muy bien ubicado, a menos de 100m de la playa. Un lugar ideal para teletrabajar desde la terracita viendo el mar. Se rodea de restaurantes, supermercados, farmacia, parada de bus.. ubicación perfecta para moverse caminando y no tener que coger coche. (Dispone de aparcamiento privado en las instalaciones, aire acondicionado, wifi 🛜, y Netflix).
