Elegante e luminoso appartamento al interno di una palazzina di nuova costruzione, Casa Antonio si trova nella zona più bella di Playa San Juan, a soli 150m dal mare e offre un’atmosfera accogliente e contemporanea, adatta a una clientela moderna ed esigente. L’appartamento è situato al secondo piano raggiungibile con ascensore e dispone di 80 mq. L’ampio soggiorno ha un design moderno e confortevole e dispone di un divano letto che può ospitare comodamente due persone. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari (frigorifero, freezer, forno, fornelli, bollitore, toster e forno a microonde) e ha l’accesso a un balcone. Le due camere da letto sono molto silenziose e arredate con gusto. Tutte e due hanno accesso a un secondo balcone. Il bagno è una piccola oasi di relax, con una doccia a pioggia per coccolarsi dopo una giornata trascorsa al mare. Connettività e Wi-Fi ad alta velocità (288 Mbps) e la Smart TV aggiungono un tocco moderno, invitando a momenti di relax e intrattenimento. Per non far mancare niente anche agli ospiti più esigenti l’appartamento dispone di una propria zona lavanderia con un diretto accesso al balcone. Che sia una vacanza di mare o un breve soggiorno, questo appartamento offre il mix perfetto di confort, stile e comodità.

Spacious, beautiful living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and comfortable sofas. In the bedrooms are large solid wood beds with good mattresses, reading lights, built-in wardrobes. One bedroom is connected to the terrace, the other has a window into the courtyard. We provide two pillows per person as well as a separate duvet, cotton duvet covers. The bathrooms each have a window to the terrace/sea, are well equipped with shower, WC, washbasin, vanity mirror, hairdryer, floor carpet. We provide sufficient hand/shower/beach/table towels, also included in the rental price: fruit basket and water bottle, high-speed internet, iron/ironing board, baby cot, high chair, candles for romantic evenings. We attach great importance to thorough cleaning and maintenance of our Sonnenlust holiday flats and offer returning guests a 10% discount on the rental price.

L’appartement, entièrement privatif, pour vous, est situé au premier étage, côté cour. Les voyageurs auront accès à l'appartement (privatif). Quand vous entrez dans l'appartement, vous trouvez le salon salle à manger, avec sa cuisine tout en longueur, équipée avec tout le nécessaire (Micro-ondes, grille-pain, bouilloire..). Puis vous trouvez la grande chambre et sa salle de bain privative, qui a une grande douche et un bidet. Literie confortable. L’appartement est entièrement à vous: salon-séjour, grande chambre et sa salle de bain attenante. Enfin, vous trouvez tout le matériel de plage à emprunter gratuitement. De la terrasse du haut, vous aurez quelques vues sur la mer.
