Everything as promised and better! Our stay at this home was excellent from start to finish. Everything exactly matched the listing description: clean, well equipped, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly at all times. The apartment was spotless on our arrival, with every thoughtful detail: from bed linen to kitchen utensils. Also, it was noticeable that they think about guest comfort. The best thing is that there were no unpleasant surprises, everything was just as we expected (or even better!), which is greatly appreciated when one travels. It was such a good experience that we would definitely book this place again in the future. 100% recommended!

We stayed here as a family—my wife, our 2-year-old child, and I—and everything was just perfect. The apartment had absolutely everything we needed, and more. It was thoughtfully equipped for all types of guests, including families with children. We especially appreciated the presence of toys, which made our little one feel right at home. Very nice accommodation, located in the basement of the owner's accommodation, it is very quiet and ideally located. 1 minute from a children's park (2 to 12 years old), 5 minutes from the supermarket and 8 minutes from the train on foot. The R1 train line takes 25 minutes to get to "Catalunya" station, the central square of Barcelona. The owner Nancy is very responsive by message and is friendly. The check-in instructions are clear. There are also all the points of interest in the PDF provided. 3 90 cm beds for the little ones and a kiiiiiinnnnng-size bed for the parents. Everything was perfect. Thanks.
