The house has Air Conditioning, high speed Wifi and central heating.

Our apartment does NOT need a gas supply, as everything is electric, such as the water heater and induction cooktop (stove). For your safety and that of your loved ones, it has a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit. There are bus stops nearby to visit other places.
