Cuddly tiny house built of natural building materials for 2 people (with baby) in a quiet location about 1 km from the La Paloma dream beaches, 1.5 km from the bus station and 2.5 km from the center. Parking, Wi-Fi, alarm system, outdoor grill and shopping (small grocery store and bakery about 150 m) are available. No additional electrical appliances are allowed except cell phones and laptops. In the cold season, we provide a gas stove. The price of consumption is not included in the rent.

We had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and has all the amenities. Very quiet place and total privacy. As it can be seen in the photos. Sergio is very friendly 🙌🏼 Recommended 100% Thank you so much for the nice stay.

The listing is completely true to reality, even the kitchen was a little more stocked than we expected. We were 7 people and it was very comfortable for everyone as it has several environments and all comfortable. Daniela and Mariela (property manager in La Paloma) were available for minor inquiries or inconveniences. That the house is facing the sea is priceless and is also meters from a beautiful descent so you can go to the sea walking. As a personal appreciation I want to add that the atmosphere was very welcoming to the whole group. Thank you Daniela and Mariela!

Great stay. The house is simple, but very cozy and complete. Since we went with our dog, the large patio was very useful. We took kitchen things but ended up not even using them, since there was everything in the house. Even bicycles and beach items are available, very helpful. Besides, communication with Mara was excellent.

Everything was perfect. The accommodation is well-equipped. Large exterior and fenced, ideal for pets. I went with my dog, who is large, and I was able to let him loose outside without any problems.

Everything is correct. Ximena is very friendly and helpful.

The place is just beautiful! You can see the care and good taste in every detail, designed to make you feel at home and lack absolutely nothing! Gustavo was always available and responded quickly to all our questions! The location: another point in favor, the proximity to the beach is unbeatable! In addition, the neighborhood is very quiet and we felt safe at all times! If I had to make just one suggestion, it would be to add another air conditioner in the dining room. The only one there is in the master bedroom, and on very hot days it takes a long time to cool the entire property. But it's just constructive criticism! Overall, our stay exceeded all expectations! We will definitely be back on our next visit to La Paloma! Thank you, Gustavo, for your kindness, your willingness and for designing such a beautiful space to make our stay an unforgettable experience!

We were a month, and we spent at home,the house is super comfortable on rainy, hot and cool days, we were touched all the climates and even an emergency appendicitis operation, Virginia was aware of my evolution and the house was key for the comfort for the post-operative,the complete kitchen utensils, air conditioning, we will be back next summer without hesitation, a great choice home Ser!!!
