Der Portier war sehr freundlich, das Einchecken sehr einfach. Zum Gesamten Komplex gehört eine Poollandschaft mit direktem Strandzugang sowie ein Restaurant. Das Personal war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Rundherum eine tolle Anlage für einen erholsamen Urlaub! ******

Nice big studio apartment located in Zihua centro just a few blocks from the ocean. Super comfy bed…there’s a balcony on the street side. No air conditioning but there are a couple of fans in the unit. Not a problem for me cause I like the heat. Kitchen has the basic things you’ll need…the fridge is a bar fridge. The hosts were very responsive. Highly recommended if you just need a basic accommodation at a very reasonable price.

We had an amazing stay! This spot is a true gem! Clean, comfortable & Emir, our host, had amazing customer service. Great location, just private enough or easy access (with stairs & short walk) to combis & taxis. We were able to walk the rocks to Las Gatas! Another thing to take advantage of is the day pass from Thompsons. All in all, an amazing stay, looking forward to our next stay. We did have an issue with water at the property one evening/night, but that was completely out of the host’s control. The host was very apologetic & compensated us. Wonderful customer service!

El alojamiento estaba impecable, muy bonito todo, sin ningún problema. Adicional, me dieron oportunidad de pasar por la llave desde mucho antes de la entrada para poder hacer mis actividades sin preocupaciones de llegar antes de la hora máxima de check-in.

We had a great time staying in Ixtapa, everything was as advertised and more. Especially the view, incredible. Maria Elena and Denise were fantastic, they responded very quickly to a concern we had about construction next door and they resolved the issue quickly. The only downside was they closed the beach in front of the hotel at 10:00pm, which seemed ridiculous. Not sure how you can close a beach. Besides that, everything was fantastic, we will definitely stay there again.

Un lugar maravilloso, los anfitriones siempre estuvieron pendientes de nuestras solicitudes, el departamento es precioso los colchones muy cómodos, la cocina impecable bien dotada, teníamos bicicletas , alberca y jacuzzi en un ambiente de tranquilidad y descanso. Es de fácil acceso a transporte publico y taxis. Definitivamente volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí

Durante los últimos 5 años hemos estado en 5 lugares diferentes en el paradisiaco Ixtapa. Sin lugar a dudas el departamento de Marlon es el lugar que mas nos ha gustado. Aparte de amplio y funcional, su diseño interior es muy bonito y confortable. Felicito mucho a Marlon, ya que esto es posible gracias al empeño y dedicación que pone de su parte para que esto sea así. Además, siempre estuvo al pendiente llamando por si ocupábamos algo. Sin duda es totalmente recomendable y también sin duda esperamos regresar algún día. Gracias Marlon.

We love this location! El Nido is walking distant from el centro and two beautiful beaches. The open airy lay out allows breathtaking views at all times. The staff (Lulu and Jose) are wonderful! We would love to come back tomorrow! Such a great place to stay!

This probably had everything we needed and more. The pool/hammocks were the fun touch we didn’t know we needed. The walk trail being right outside was extremely convenient and made it for a fun stroll to the center. Also great for biking. Soriana is right down the road as well. We went there a couple times. The AC was so good to have. Bathroom was clean and refreshing to have a window to see the sunset and hear the sounds of city. Water never got warm for us, but we don’t mind. Access to the building and room was very easy. The main contact for the Airbnb was very good at getting us things we need (lighter, water, shampoo). We stayed there 9 days. Didn’t know we would have a cleaning day after 7 days so it was a nice surprise. We just left them our room key and they cleaned everything, changed the sheets, as well as fresh towels. Another great touch was access to the smart tv, instead of packing a speaker for our trip, we played music from YouTube and made waking up early easy.

Isela siempre estuvo al tanto de todo. Ella tiene un tacto muy profesional y certero al lidiar con uno de huésped. Cien por ciento recomendable la verdad , ni para que.

Luis Enrique made us feel very welcome in the beautiful apartment. Prior to our arrival he communicated with us and answered any questions we had. Once we arrived he gave us good recommendations to restaurants and activities in Zihuatanejo. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom very spacious. The air conditioning worked well and there were also fans. Luis Enrique organized beach chairs and an umbrella for us to take to the playa. The home is situated in a lovely garden and had a refreshing pool. It was near the mercado, so we could buy fresh fruit and veggies. There are six units in the building and the other guests were friendly and quiet. The owners live in the building and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and care for the property. They also were very kind and genuinely helpful. We felt very safe and are looking forward to returning next year.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de la playa muy limpio, instalaciones muy nuevas, áreas comunes limpias. Muy atento el anfitrión El lugar cuenta con todo lo necesario y siempre muy impecable desde la entrada hasta nuestra habitación

The condo is very nice and in a beautiful complex with a large pool area overlooking the beach. There is a mall area that is a 1.5km walk or use the mini-bus for 12 pesos (the same bus will take you to Zihua for 24 pesos). The bus will stop right outside the condo gate. The mall has many good restaurants, shops and a small supermarket (Merza) for groceries. Ixtapa is much quieter than many Mexican resort towns (no noisy late night clubs) and we enjoyed that. Central Zihua on the bay is about 30 minutes away on the mini-bus (a short walk from the bus stop in Zihua) and there are many good restaurants along pedestrian only streets and beautiful scenery there.

Está como lo describen. El anfitrión responde pronto. Muy bien ubicado para descansar de ruido, tráfico, etc. Está muy agradable al amanecer y atardecer.

Increíble lugar ! , la mejor vista de Ixtapa Zihuatanejo, el departamento hermoso y con todas las comodidades. La señora Vicky nos atendió excelentemente. Lo recomiendo al cien. Sin duda regresaríamos.

Gracias por contribuir al sueño de mi Familia y Felicito mucho el lugar, la zona, la gente del condominio muy atenta, los vecinos muy respetuosos....la alberca y el Jacuzzi increíbles....sin duda alguna regresaré el año entrante y recomendaré con mis familiares y amigos. Lugar maravilloso, excelente para descansar, comer muy rico, caminar por la playa, me encantó la alberca con una vista preciosa, tener la playa justo saliendo del departamento, las instalaciones están cuidadas, el departamento estaba limpio muy cómodo. Sin subir escaleras. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Volveré sin duda.

Lugar con una vista muy linda a la marina, depa esta lindo, limpio, acceso rápido y la atención muy buena. Lo único que no sabíamos es que la entrada es con brazalete, por lo que no permiten acceso a personas ajenas y no pude invitar a un par de personas a cenar, fuera de eso lugar perfecto.

¡Hermoso todo! Fui con mi familia a pasar mi cumpleaños aquí, y sin duda volvería a hacerlo. El lugar está muy bonito, el jardín está cuidado, las albercas limpias y el personal es agradable. Si quieres ir a relajarte en un lugar tranquilo sin duda esta es tu mejor opción, no hay ruidos fuertes y aunque el reglamento puede parecer estricto, ayuda a que el lugar sea armonioso. También llevamos a una persona discapacitada y el complejo esta totalmente adecuado para ellos, muchos lugares ya no cuentan con estas áreas de facilitación para personas en sillas de ruedas y aquí no tuvimos ningún problema con eso. El departamento está increíble, los colchones muy cómodos, con todo equipado para que puedas hacerte comidas ahí si así lo deseas. La comunicación fue también excelente, siempre al pendiente de mis dudas y recomendaciones. Sin dudarlo regresaré cuando tenga la oportunidad.

Georgina fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento fue y es una gran anfitriona. El lugar está muy bien ubicado de la zona de restaurantes, mercado de artesanías y bares, es lugar muy cómodo y limpió, cuenta con todas la amenidades y necesarias para una estancia cómoda, la entrada a la playa está a unos 15min caminando. Aunque mi familia yo fuimos por la competencia de triatlón y no pudimos disfrutar de todo, esperamos poder volver para tener una experiencia y estancia más larga y familiar, debido a todas las facilidades que presenta. Es un lugar muy recomendable para una estadía corta o larga, ampliamente recomendable.
