The Cutest House in Samara, perfect location!

Comfortable, cozy home located in the heart of Sámara. Very well maintained with plenty of amenities. Your walk is only a few minutes to the beach, shops and restaurants. It’s secure, situated on a quiet residential street. The home is visited regularly by the owners who have an eye for detail and make sure it is kept in excellent shape. Note: The owners recently started managing the listing, therefor it has no reviews from the last very successful 4 years it was listed by an agency in town.

Modern 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on the property of Good Life Lodge. 1 bedroom is in the house and 2 separate hotel rooms on either side, accessible from the outside (thus making it a 3 bedroom). It's a 2 min walk to the beach & 1 min walk to town - perfect if you want to be in the center of it all (note there may be late night music from neighbouring bars some nights in high season). You also get shared facilities like an outdoor lounge, cool jacuzzi and helpful staff.
