Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

An open-plan living area features exposed brick walls and a stylish concrete ceiling. A comfortable sofa is positioned in front of a wall-mounted TV. The kitchen area, with decorative tiles, includes modern stools at a counter and various artistic elements displayed on shelves.

Welcome to our recently remodeled industrial-style one-bedroom condo with an amazing pool, 3 blocks from the beach. Our place is a unique loft, open-plan living, with exposed brickwork and stunning artwork. An ideal base to explore Puerto Peñasco. Modern kitchen with concrete counters, coffee maker and all new appliances. Wifi and gated parking area are included. The loft has a 1 queen size bed also a small sofa bed in the living room. Close to Pitaya bar, Manny's beach and Alcapone Pizza!
