Being on the ground floor, the apartment visually extends outwards towards the expansive gardens and the lake, offering a sense of spaciousness and freedom that higher floors lack. Comfortable and well-decorated, close to the pool but away from the noise and traffic of other guests, ideal for families with seniors and children! It has 24-hour security! Very close to the island and the airport! The management requires a 5000 peso deposit, 100% refundable upon departure! We can provide an invoice!
