Beautiful 1 bedroom rooftop apartment at Mogan Beach, next to the “little Venice Habour”. This 1 bedroom apartment have been completely renovated, to todays standards, has WIFI and airconditioning. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, but you can access it with the elevator. Its has a bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with two single beds that are put together ( but can be separated if wished) a small but complete and functional kitchen. New!!! Possibility to rent parking on a weekly base.

Si può godere con serenità la vita locale e nel residence c’è la piscina per gli ospiti. Dal terrazzo hai una splendida vista sul mare dove rilassarsi e godersi le luci del tramonto. Fiber optic Wi-Fi per chi vuole lavorare da casa. Casa Princesa è stata completamente ristrutturato

With two facades, it is an apartment with lots of light.
