Top appartement die van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het was schoon, aan het strand (incl stoeltjes en parasol), parkeergarage inbegrepen en een fijne host. Het gaf de mogelijkheid om lekker in het appartement te ontbijten en te lunchen, maar ook zit er wanneer je de deur uitloopt genoeg om dat buiten de deur te doen. Een fijne schone badkamer met ook de mogelijkheid om de was te doen, een fijne keuken met alles wat je nodig hebt, en het bed lag heerlijk. Ook een fijn balkon waar je lekker kan zitten.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Fantastic location beach front property, breath taking views near all amenities shops and restaurants, amazing facilities this property has everything you need for any length of holiday allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled as we had an early fight. Ana who met us at the apartment was very welcoming and informative alround five star service everyone in the party were amazed with everything thank you so much for making everything easy and running so smoothly. loved it so much ❤️

I stayed at Dorin’s apartment for a week. Everything was just as it should be. The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the beach and all services are nearby. It is very well equipped, including beach chairs. Everything went smoothly, and Dorin was flexible with both the late arrival and early departure. I would gladly come again.

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, in a perfect position for beach & town. Balcony looks out to the sea, wonderful sunrises. Gemma leaves you all he information necessary, easy access to the apartment. Had a wonderful stay & would definitely return.

La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, en primera línea de playa. El edificio es antiguo pero la vivienda está reformada y bien cuidada.

Professioneller, schneller und unkomplizierter Kontakt. Wohnung super sauber und modern eingerichtet. Schöner Stil. Unglaubliche Aussicht und durch die Höhe der Wohnung und des Balkons auch sehr ruhig. Tiefgaragen Stellplatz. Die Wohnanlage besteht aus teilweise festen Bewohnern und Feriengästen, dadurch ist eine schöne Atmosphäre. Pools waren nie überfüllt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung und bedanken uns bei Alexey&Natalia und Elena.

Elise’s place was beautiful, so well decorated and equipped with everything we could have needed. The pool is gorgeous and so peaceful, it’s really private. The apartment is very spacious and very very clean, the air conditioning worked really well. Everything worked perfect, we are delighted with our stay there and hope to return next year. Super vriendelijke host, altijd bereikbaar voor vragen. ‘s ochtends vroeg vertrekken was ook helemaal geen probleem voor Maryna. Dank je wel voor de fijne ontvangst. Wat betreft de accommodatie: heel proper appartement, komt helemaal overeen met de beschrijving en de foto’s. Alles werd voorzien; keukenspullen tot strandhanddoeken. Ondergrondste parkeergarage was een luxe, auto stond veilig. Hele mooie zwembaden en mooie locatie. Verschillende supermarkten en stranden in de buurt. Ook voldoende restaurants in de buurt, Asia Kitchen is zeker de moeite waard om te proberen. Naast het appartement zijn er nog bouwwerken bezig maar hier hebben wij niets van gemerkt. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Beautiful apartment with nice amenities! Very nice with the heated pool for the colder months. Jurgita was very helpful and nice, she made everything easy and always replied right away. Top stay!

Als wir ankamen, regnete es und es war kalt. Wir konnten aber die Unterkunft gut aufheizen. Es regnete die nächsten 3 Wochen weiterhin sehr oft, es war kalt und stürmisch. Trotzdem konnten wir uns in der Unterkunft gut aufhalten - immer mit Blick auf den schönen Pool und die Umgebung. Nachbarn reinigten sogar vom Winde angewehte Gegenstände von der Quartierstrasse. Ich musste remote arbeiten. Es passte also. Zu Fuss einkaufen gehen, war schön, interessant und sauber und es hat freundliche Nachbarn. Diese 5 Wochen waren sehr erholsam. Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

Lovely property in a great location. It's a great house, although the bedrooms and bathrooms could do with a bit of updating and some TLC. Kitchen and living area were great. It has a huge dining table on the rear verandah, which is accessed from the kitchen. Swimming pool was a family favourite (although it did seem to need topping up daily). Garden completely enclosed and very private. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, which means parking can sometimes be an issue on the street outside, but this was not a major issue for us. Overall a great villa and very helpful hosts.

The place was grate.. It must bee one of the best Airbnb to rant,, All was perfekt .. We will rent this place next time we goes south of Spain.. Thanks for having us..

We travel to Cabo Roig every year and this place was so central we couldn't have got a better location. We were picked up at the Airport by Helena son who was a very pleasant young man and he took us directly to the apartment. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return.

The apartment was even nicer than the photos. You could see the beautiful sea from every window. The balcony is small but perfect for 2/3 people to sit and relax with an amazing view. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need. Plenty towels, shower gels, shampoos and conditioners and good showers. It is very modern and a very high standard in comparison to other places we have stayed. The air-conditioning is fantastic and piped to the rooms which is very quite and doesn't disturb your sleep! We only use it at night and it was great. Viktoria is an excellent host. She was always contactable and replied really promptly to any questions we had. The location is lovely, gorgeous beaches outside the door - a bit rocky, however some locals put in ladders in the beach right opposite us so it was easy to get in and out - and it was the nicest place to swim of all the great beaches around. The main beaches and nightlife are a short walk away. It was really perfect.

Vi bodde här i 1 vecka och var jätte nöjda med boendet. Rent och snyggt. Väldigt härlig utsikt från lägenheten. Sköna sängar. Fint kök och nästan det mesta man behöver. Vi saknade dock äggkoppar och en brödrost om man nu ska hitta något "fel". Annars inget att klaga på. Kan absolut rekommendera det.
