Top apartment that is equipped with all comforts. It was clean, on the beach (incl. chairs and parasol), parking garage included and a nice host. It gave the opportunity to have a nice breakfast and lunch in the apartment, but there is also enough to do that outside the door when you walk out the door. A nice clean bathroom with also the possibility to do laundry, a nice kitchen with everything you need, and the bed was wonderful. Also a nice balcony where you can sit.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Fantastic location beach front property, breath taking views near all amenities shops and restaurants, amazing facilities this property has everything you need for any length of holiday allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled as we had an early fight. Ana who met us at the apartment was very welcoming and informative alround five star service everyone in the party were amazed with everything thank you so much for making everything easy and running so smoothly. loved it so much ❤️

I stayed at Dorin’s apartment for a week. Everything was just as it should be. The apartment is in an excellent location, very close to the beach and all services are nearby. It is very well equipped, including beach chairs. Everything went smoothly, and Dorin was flexible with both the late arrival and early departure. I would gladly come again.

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, in a perfect position for beach & town. Balcony looks out to the sea, wonderful sunrises. Gemma leaves you all he information necessary, easy access to the apartment. Had a wonderful stay & would definitely return.

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modernly furnished. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partially permanent residents and vacation guests, making it a nice atmosphere. Pools were never crowded. Elise’s place was beautiful, so well decorated and equipped with everything we could have needed. The pool is gorgeous and so peaceful, it’s really private. The apartment is very spacious and very very clean, the air conditioning worked really well. Everything worked perfect, we are delighted with our stay there and hope to return next year. Regarding the accommodation: very clean apartment, corresponds completely to the description and the photos. Everything was provided; kitchen items to beach towels. Underground parking garage was a luxury, car was safe. Very beautiful swimming pools and beautiful location. Several grocery stores and beaches nearby. Also plenty of restaurants nearby, Asia Kitchen is well worth a try. In addition to the apartment, there are still construction works, but we have not noticed anything about this. We will definitely come back!

Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

We felt very comfortable. Everything was very straightforward and Vlad was always available. Always happy to come back.

Lovely property in a great location. It's a great house, although the bedrooms and bathrooms could do with a bit of updating and some TLC. Kitchen and living area were great. It has a huge dining table on the rear verandah, which is accessed from the kitchen. Swimming pool was a family favourite (although it did seem to need topping up daily). Garden completely enclosed and very private. It is less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, which means parking can sometimes be an issue on the street outside, but this was not a major issue for us. Overall a great villa and very helpful hosts.

The place was grate.. It must bee one of the best Airbnb to rant,, All was perfekt .. We will rent this place next time we goes south of Spain.. Thanks for having us..

We travel to Cabo Roig every year and this place was so central we couldn't have got a better location. We were picked up at the Airport by Helena son who was a very pleasant young man and he took us directly to the apartment. We had a fantastic time and will definitely return.

The apartment was even nicer than the photos. You could see the beautiful sea from every window. The balcony is small but perfect for 2/3 people to sit and relax with an amazing view. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need. Plenty towels, shower gels, shampoos and conditioners and good showers. It is very modern and a very high standard in comparison to other places we have stayed. The air-conditioning is fantastic and piped to the rooms which is very quite and doesn't disturb your sleep! We only use it at night and it was great. Viktoria is an excellent host. She was always contactable and replied really promptly to any questions we had. The location is lovely, gorgeous beaches outside the door - a bit rocky, however some locals put in ladders in the beach right opposite us so it was easy to get in and out - and it was the nicest place to swim of all the great beaches around. The main beaches and nightlife are a short walk away. It was really perfect.

Really good place to stay . Good location . Good value. There should have been bottled water in the fridge for guests arriving late . More toilet rolls , one is not enough , and some shower soaps , shampoo etc . But loved it and would recommend it .
