La Tejita Beach House

Bright, friendly cottage surrounded by greenery with its own style. In the newly renovated apartment, you have space to relax, cook and eat and work in the home office. Enjoy the sunset on the cozy terrace with couch. From the double bed you can see and hear the sea. The longest and most beautiful natural beach in Tenerife is right outside the front door - 5 minutes' walk to the water. In addition, you are only an 8-minute walk to the Tejita Center with restaurants and a supermarket.

Beautiful and modern duplex, newly renovated, with fantastic views of the beach, minimalist decoration, located in a quiet area, close to the airport, shopping center and the village of Medano. It has 2 large bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with large sofa bed, smart TV, wifi, garage with entertainment area, and two beautiful terraces, one with garden view and the other equipped with loungers and barbecue with spectacular views of the beach.

According to many guests, it is “one of the apartments with the best view in El Médano.” From the balcony, enjoy Montaña Roja and Leocadio Machado Beach, a paradise for kite surfing and windsurfing. Perfect location: street access from Calle La Gaviota and from the seafront promenade via elevator. At the end of the day, you can relax on the sofa and let the sea breeze pamper you, dine at one of the many local restaurants, or simply have a drink at a seaside bar.

The apartment has been recently renovated, it is fully equipped and finely furnished. It consists of a sleeping room, a kitchen and living, bathroom and a large private terrace above the building shared with the other two apartments in the building. The apartment is located in La Caleta, few minutes away from the Parque Protegido and five minutes walking from the beach. Parking space is available and bus stop is five minutes walking distance

EL MEDANO, Cozy Beach Apartment

My nice and familiar apartment is equipped to enjoy a great vacation. From the terrace you can see spectacular sunrises over the sea, eat in delicious restaurants nearby or have a drink, practice water sports or simply lie on the sand. You will be welcome as a guest if you understand the concept of Airbnb. It is not a hotel but my home, with its virtues and defects, but prepared with all the affection to make your stay pleasant.
