La vivienda se encuentra a mitad de la isla y conecta con la autopista, que permite ir hasta la capital (Las Palmas) a tan solo 15 minutos y también al Sur de la isla (Maspalomas) a unos 35 minutos aproximadamente.

Das vollständig ausgestattete, alte Bürgerhaus im Zentrum von San Gregorio in einer Fußgängerzone wurde mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Altes wurde erhalten und neue Details hinzugefügt, um einen ganz speziellen Ort zu schaffen. Dazu kommen eine eigene Terrasse, High-Speed-Internet, Satelliten-TV, ein extra breites Bett und eine Nachbarschaft, in der man in das wahre Leben der Kanaren eintauchen kann.

GRAN CANARIA 🏝️"StrawberryBeach forever" apartamento de 120m cuadrados, situado en el acantilado, en una zona segura y tranquila! Por la noche se puede observar las luces de la ciudad. Nos gusta poder ver a las gaviotas y albatros en plena naturaleza y observar el paisaje cada día diferente En la zona hay varios restaurantes. Los días de olas se puede ver a los surfistas practicando. Está muy cerca de la avenida que conecta varias playas de Telde.

Just a 5-minute walk along a beautiful promenade you will find restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, a playground, a pharmacy, etc. Excellent location to visit any point on the island (Las Palmas 20 min, Dunas de Maspalomas 30 min) Enjoy the vacation you deserve!

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft in La Garita. Alles war wie beschrieben, sauber und gemütlich, sodass ich mich sofort wohlgefühlt habe. Die Lage ist super, vor allem, wenn man die Insel erkunden möchte. Die Parksituation direkt am Haus kann manchmal etwas herausfordernd sein, aber nur etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt gibt es einen größeren Parkplatz, auf dem immer etwas frei war. Besonders angenehm fand ich auch den unkomplizierten und sehr pragmatisch organisierten Check-out. Insgesamt eine tolle Unterkunft, die ich gerne weiterempfehle. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. William hat uns freundlich begrüßt. Die Unterkunft hat einen fantastischen Blick aufs Meer. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf dem Balkon gefrühstückt und die Sonne und das Meer genossen. Von der Unterkunft geht man 3 Minuten bis zum Strand. Von la Garita ist es ein toller Standort, um in den Norden und Süden zu fahren. Wir haben insgesamt zu sechs eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, fernab vom Massentourismus.

Come coppia, abbiamo adorato la piscina, la tranquillità del luogo, la posizione strategica e l’atmosfera generale, davvero speciale. Maria e il suo team sono stati cordiali, presenti e super accoglienti. Un angolo di paradiso in cui speriamo davvero di tornare. Lontano dal caos ma collegato con tutto. Netter Kontakt. Guter Ausgangspunkt um die Insel zu erkunden. Sehr große Terrasse. Das Bett könnte für 2 Personen etwas größer sein. Wer es kuschelig mag, kein Problem!
