The apartment is accurately described. It is super clean and superbly equipped with everything you could ever want. The terrace is - as described - huge and has a great view of the sea. Directly in front of the complex is a public beach (sand with some pebbles and stones) - but there was also enough space there on weekends. The neighbors in the residential complex (apparently many owners) were extremely friendly and quiet - there was no noise at night. Parking was easily possible (mid-August) in front of the house.

We had a super nice apartment with all the comforts (2 couches with 4 TV armchairs and 2 separate TV armchairs) in a beautiful quiet complex. The heating/air conditioning works perfectly. Also that we had an elevator to the apartment was extremely pleasant (unfortunately no underground parking space, which would have been very advantageous in case of rain). Since we had our adult grandchildren with us, we were very grateful for the beautiful living/bedroom with its own spacious bathroom and roof terrace on the 2nd floor. So, everyone really had their own area. The beds were extremely comfortable, we felt extremely comfortable from day 1 and already miss the magnificent view. You can take relaxing walks right by the sea and visit 2 beach bars on foot. Communication with room service also worked perfectly.

We loved the location of the house. The place is very quiet and peaceful . Facing the sea , we were able to enjoy this one. The house is large and very clear , we also enjoyed the terrace and garden with shared pool. The house will need to be renovated but it allowed us to have a very attractive price.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very well equipped, super clean, clutter free and spacious and the view out to the sea is very beautiful. Some of the communal areas weren’t quite as nice, but I think the property itself, the stunning views and proximity to the beach made it great value. Would recommend.

Beautiful condo, with great views, super comfortable and functional. The washing maschine was great to have as budget airlines force you to travel light, but somehow the washing machine was not inluded in the pictures, however when we asked, Julia answered promptly. I like coocking a lot, so I felt the kitchen could be better equipped and knives sharpened.
