You will stay in a south-West oriented corner apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You enter a spacious living room via the hallway with its fitted wardrobes, a safe and a small desk. Watch your favourite shows, sports and movies on the 50" Samsung smart HDTV from a comfortable sofa that you can convert into a large bed. Further, at the sliding windows, you can lounge with a book on the Balinese sunbed or watch what is going on on the paseo. Relax in the seating area while enjoying the view over the meditteranean sea while sipping a beverage. Easily prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen with built-in appliances and all the cookware and cutlery you need. Enjoy your culinary creations in the dining area. Very nice to have is the Grohe "pure" water tap that provides filtered water: no more lugging bottles around. Luxuriate in the comfort of the master bedroom's king-size bed and the convenience of black-out curtains, shutters and ensuite with walk-in shower. Fall into a rejuvenating sleep on the soft matrasses with topper, special memory foam pillows, high-quality bed textiles, duvet and ironed sheets. You will keep cool with the airconditioning or the ceiling ventilator in the bedrooms. You will find the second bedroom with 2 single beds on the other side of the apartment. You can pull out 2 more single beds. You will have the same comfort as in the other bedroom bacause your sleep is important. There is free parking in front of and around the building. It is possible to host 4 adults and 4 children: please ask for it. For longer stays (as from 2 weeks) we leave 1 extra change of linnen and towels. CASUEÑA is a beautiful villa featuring a private pool with salt chlorination that is heated year-round, a wood-fired barbecue, large trees, a six-burner stove, and a 90-cm oven. It has a fantastic 50-m² porch that will be the main activity area of the house; next to it are the barbecue and the heated pool.

It has magnificent views of Carihuela beach where you can see as far as Puerto Marina. The apartment is comfortable and the surroundings are quiet. My accommodation is excellent for couples, business travelers, and families with children.
