Recently renovated, studio apartment (aprox 38 m2 incl balcony) overlooking the beach of La Carihuela. Close to the city center of Torremolinos (aprox. 5 min walk). Astonishing view to the Mediterranean Sea, to Carihuela village, and the mountains on the right hand side. Sit on the Balcony all day and night just relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves and the buzzling beach life. Our apartment has direct access to the beach (lift) and upstairs to the city center (lift) of Torremolinos.

In the past, all these buildings were fishermen's houses, so they are usually two-story buildings that do not have an elevator.

I'm on a 5 weekstrip to various places and Sofia's place was the best of all. I had trouble finding her place but that wasn't caused by her. If you use google or even the airbandb directions map, they can tend to lead you all over the place. You might need glasses to read the numbers on the keypad to get in as a helpful hint to those who can't see small numbers ha, ha. Everything was great with Sofia's apt. It was so tastefully designed, clean, safe, and pretty quiet at night. It's in a great area and walkable to so many places with plenty of restaurants nearby. I'm giving a high 5!

Jose is a wonderful host and person. He met my husband and I at the apartment with pastries, beer & water. What a lovely gesture! When I messaged Jose, he was very quick to reply, prior to and during the trip. The apartment is lovely, just as described and identical to pictures. The location is in the heart of everything, yet it is very peaceful. We had a fantastic week at Jose's & would love to stay here again if we return to Torremolinos. Thanks Jose!

The apartment is really very nice, and really cozily furnished. And you have a great view of the sea from the balcony and from the studio and hear it rustling :-). There are many good restaurants in the area, and you can also get to Málaga quickly with the S-Bahn (Cercanía). The communication with Piero and Peter was great and very likeable, the two already sent all the important information (clearly put together) in advance, including valuable tips, and also responded quickly. Check-in and checkout are also completely uncomplicated, everything worked out just fine. I would come back anytime and would highly recommend the place and the hosts. :-)

Alfonso's apartment is great 👍 Very well located for us who wanted to be in the heart of the party! Very clean accommodation, well-equipped, and really nice views! The sun is on the terrace until sunset. Close to the best restaurants and shops of all kinds. Surprise when you arrive, the accommodation has two bathrooms and two toilets, as well as sufficient towels. We'll be back at Alfonso's for sure, and as soon as we can!
