The house located on the ground floor has been totally renovated in 2015 and has a fully furnished living room, dining room and kitchen. The bedroom features a double bed, a bathroom with shower, and a TV. The house has two entrances, one through the zaguán directly accessing the kitchen, and another from the beautiful Andalusian patio with access to the dining room. The community patio has a private area with table and garden chairs ideal for a breakfast or meal under the Andalusian sky.
