There is WiFi Internet and Netflix Plus, 2 smart TVs, one 70'' screen. The house, 150 m2 (200 including terraces) and 600 m2 of garden, is a typical Andalusian tile construction totally and perfectly equipped and decorated with style, for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It is only 50 meters from the beach. So close that you can go barefoot.

Se encuentra en el típico barrio de la viña muy cerca del centro histórico y de la playa La Caleta .Muy cerca hay restaurantes, bares , supermercados, farmacia y hospital .Es muy amplio ,luminoso y todo con vistas al exterior .Dispone de parking amplio, cómodo y gratis para un coche grande como máximo una furgoneta ó cinco motos . A partir del 2027 solo podrán acceder al parking los vehículos con tarjeta ambiental CERO emisiones ó tendrán que aparcar en un parking público de pago.

Cozy cottage located in a very quiet area and only 650 meters from the beach. It is perfect for couples. The house has a master bedroom with an integrated toilet and a couch in the living room. It has air conditioning, washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. We include sheets and towels. Outside you will find a private garden with barbecue, sun loungers and an outdoor shower. The access to the parking is shared, not so the parking, which is private and exclusive for my guests.
