One block away from entrance to la Chocolatera, one block away from the towers "punta pacifico", with Sea View in Salinas-Chipipe with the most beautiful beach of the Peninsula. Fully furnished, a/c in living room and bedrooms, WIFI and Smart TV. The apartment comes along with a stand-up paddle board, a surfboard (long board) and a boxing bag with gloves. The apartment is located on the top floor (4th floor) and has no elevator.

We provide discounts for more than 1 week, 2 weeks or a month. We will edit the quote once a guest has inquired about the suite. Typically the daily rate is around $25 a day after the first week. Actual rate depends on season and special holidays for the period a guest is interested.
