A fantastic, lovely and large apartment of 75 sqm with 2 separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room and large beautiful east-facing terrace with mountain views. The apartment is part of the private and quiet Demelza Beach complex in Playa del Cura with 3 swimming pools, located just a 5-minute drive from Puerto Rico. Nearby within walking distance are 3 beaches, Playa del Cura, Tauro and Amadores, Anfi Tauro Golf Course as well as a center with a large supermarket, several good restaurants and bars.
