Very bright, spectacular terrace, spacious bedroom with 1.5x2m bed (new mattresses), kitchen with pin, AA, fast internet, 50"TV (YouTube, Prime..). Close to all kinds of services: Beach 500m away, supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants less than a 5min walk. Marina 10min by boardwalk. Palace of Congresses is a 15-minute walk.
