Wonderful apartment!! A beautiful view. It has an excellent location. Everything is close by. The internet worked quickly. Gerardo is very friendly and always answered our questions. We had a spectacular few days! 100% recommended!

The apartment is very nice, as shown in the photos. It is located in a beautiful residential area of Reñaca, a few minutes drive from the main shopping malls. In addition, I want to highlight Barbarita's kindness, who was kind enough to allow me to enter before the scheduled time, although I finally arrived later than expected due to travel issues.

Karen is an excellent host and very concerned about her guests. The apartment is impeccable in cleanliness and has everything you need, from a heater, mini blender, extra blankets, the basics for cleaning, the bathroom, and the kitchen. Even board games and books for reading. We will definitely be back here! :) <3

Everything was fine. The place is very quiet, with shops nearby. The apartment has a spectacular view and all the amenities offered. There was a problem with the water on arrival, but Marcia fixed it quickly. Totally recommended.

The apartment and view we're beautiful. we stayed for a month and really enjoyed our time. Natalia was very responsive and courteous at all times. There is a grocery store within walking distance and public transportation plus restaurants and shops. There is parking which we onlh used when family picked us up and dropped us off a couple of days during our stay. Other than that we didn't have a car but didn't need it as the location makes it easy to get to where you need to go. The apartment was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

It is an excellent place, very cozy and easy to get to, the apartment has quite spacious areas, it has quite a few places nearby to buy all kinds of things, it has a jumbo about 8 minutes away by car, the place is highly recommended.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and spacious, the view of the sea is beautiful. Ibrahim, the very concerned host, answered all my questions very quickly and gave us all the instructions in advance in great detail, and we had very good communication whenever it was needed. I definitely recommend it! My only observation is that the shower in the master bedroom bathroom leaks water through a space and it would also be good to renew pots and pans. Everything else is impeccable, especially the bedrooms, a very complete kitchen and with everything you need for a beautiful vacation.

Whenever I come to Valparaiso, I come to this building. This particular apartment is a welcoming space, with everything you need to rest after a long day of touring the port city. Everything is as shown in the photos, no more and nothing less. Carolina is very kind and responds quite quickly to messages. I recommend 100% this studio.

The Host is excellent, the place is Very Safe. The apartment is impeccable, from the hygiene to the linens. The consortium rules are respected. It's close to supermarkets and everything you need to go shopping🛒, go to the beach, go for a drink without having to go by car. Having parking with a garage is very convenient for foreigners. We felt very safe, we were able to enjoy and rest. Ideal for a walk Both the host and the concierges are very attentive. Perfect check-in and check-out. I'd definitely come back.

Loretto's apartment was lovely. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was walking distance to the beach, 15 minutes. There's a supermarket within 5 minutes walk and a small park, if you have a kid. I would recommend it and we will stay there again.

Nice place for two people. The area is safe and the property is gated, which we really liked. There are washing and drying machines in the basement — you can use them with coins, very handy. The internet is fast and works well for remote work. Occasionally, you might hear some dogs barking from private houses nearby. The hosts are very kind and easy to communicate with
