Apartment on the 3rd floor

My accommodation is a few steps from the Boulevard, located in a quiet area in the heart of Punta Hermosa, close to everything if you stay in my accommodation. A central place and very close to shops, market, bakery, restaurants, ATMs, pharmacies, etc. Where you can enjoy this main street full of shops and close to the main García Rada avenue where there are also BCP agent stores, Global net ATM, etc. We are at a point 6 minutes walk to the beaches.

Come enjoy and relax, we have a small pool on the third floor and a grill overlooking the ocean that is all for you! Located very strategically in a private and safe residential development, just a 3-minute walk to the beach. Very close to two of the most beautiful beaches in Punta Hermosa. Close to children's parks, tennis courts and in a safe residential development that will allow you to enjoy your days off with peace of mind. Punta Hermosa has the best restaurants and cafés in the south.

Miramar, very quiet residential area. The beach house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, additionally a shower in the patio to remove the sand. It also has hot water from Terma in the kitchen and in all the bathrooms. Wifi Internet, cable and Smart TV in the living room.
