Duplex apartment beautifully decorated on the sea front. Views of the sea and the beach from the living room and the terrace which has a small pool. The modern apartment has 3 bedrooms all with en suit bathrooms. Frontline only 50m to the beach which is one of the most beautiful to the South of Lima. Playa Caballeros belongs to Punta Hermoso which is only 40 km south of Lima. In the town of Punta Hermosa there are very good restaurants, goceries and bakeries.

Blue Paradise XV Building - Level with parking space number 9 and staircase number 9. Located on the second floor with an elevator at your disposal. Our apartment has a modern and cozy decoration, a terrace where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets, very close to the beach with a view of the desert.

For people with good vibes!! We are on the way down to the beach in the best area. Caballeros beach. Safe. Beautiful side view, WIFI, We coordinate check-in, On the fourth floor with an elevator, all amenities, fully furnished, washer-dryer, hot water, kitchen, oven. Common outdoor parking for guests, with receptionist, identify yourself to enter, noisy parties are forbidden. One bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with 2 single beds.
