We are in Punta Zicatela, a 7-minute walk from the beach, the main surfing spot, restaurants, bars, and shopping area. Close to everything, but away from the hustle and bustle of the party. We have Starlink internet.

This apartment is one of three that are the same type. They measure 50 square meters and are fully equipped. The area where they are is one of the best, and close to the airport. There are many services nearby, and you don't need a car to get around. The settlement is on a 650 square meter plot. In the courtyard there is a fairly large pool and it is shared. We have a space to park two cars in front of the building. It's not closed for now.
