There are numerous activities in the area that provide a lot of fun, and the accommodation itself is ideal for families with children. The amenities are great, and everything is child-friendly. “We had a wonderful golf holiday in the house of Anja and Carsten! From the first moment we felt completely comfortable. The house is perfectly equipped – there was really nothing missing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great hot tub and sauna, which offered pure relaxation after a long day on the golf course. The place was exactly as described. We had a lot of fun due to the many ways to spend his time, such as with billiards, foosball, pool or hot tub. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are not many good dining options in the immediate vicinity. We barbecued at noon and in the evening and ate rolls in the morning, which was completely enough for us for a weekend.

We felt very comfortable. The communication was free and very accommodating. Check in via code box was simple and functional. Luxury with sauna and jacuzzi tub tubs.

Incredibly beautiful property in an absolutely quiet location. A lot of space to stay for several days in fine weather. A weekend is not enough! :)

A beautiful house in the countryside, where you can completely unwind. Great house, great garden, barbecue, table tennis, fantastic sunsets and sitting by the fireplace on both floors. Wonderfully bright, we felt immediately comfortable there and would have liked to stay.

The perfect city escape. Nothing to do in the area but enjoy the fresh air, go for a walk and relax. The house had everything we needed and more. The fenced garden was perfect for our dog. Thanks again ✨

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Silvio's apartment. I cannot recommend this place enough - it is exactly as described, was spotlessly clean on arrival and has a balcony with fabulous views across the Binnenmüritz, which thanks to incredibly good luck with the weather, we were able to enjoy to the full. The apartment is centrally located with all attractions and local amenities just a couple of minutes walk away. Only point to mention is parking is made available in a separate space a short walk away, for a small additional fee. This worked fine as it was easily possible to pull in with the car and drop luggage off at the beginning/end of the stay. Silvio is a very friendly and responsive host.

Warm hosts! A great place to relax and clear your head. Susan greeted us right away with the most delicious chocolate cake. You have the opportunity to be on your own and, if necessary, to get in touch with other guests. The accommodation is super lovingly furnished. We lacked nothing. Thank you and best regards!

Sweet, cozy and pretty cottage in very nice, quiet surroundings and on a lovingly maintained, very large property, where you can really let off steam, especially in warm weather in summer (bivouac place, fireplaces, raft, beer garden, …). Nice and very open owners!

We had a lovely relaxing weekend with the 7th and a toddler. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired by the furnishings. Everything was tip top clean and very well maintained. There are also a lot of toys and beautiful books for children. We really felt very comfortable.

We had very nice days at the Martinshof. The amenities were very good. The yard is very large and there is a lot of space and greenery outside, great also the old barn with trampoline and table tennis as well as other games. The kitchen is cozy, but we also liked to sit on the large terrace with a beautiful view. The room layout is very good. The two bedrooms are not directly next to each other. Jochen gave us good tips, was very accommodating and always quickly available. The landscape is very nice and well suited for cycling, as there is little traffic on the roads. However, the nearest shops or restaurants are a bit far away.

A dream of peace and quiet. A beautiful small and cozy cottage without unnecessary frills. If you want to say goodbye to the stress of the city and complete sensory overload for a few days, this is the place to be. Everything you need is available and that's enough. We felt very comfortable, nothing is worn or seemed out of place.... Friedrich has invested a lot of passion and effort and you can feel it immediately. We haven't had so much time to ourselves in a long time, the weekend was a treat. The only thing we heard at night was the fox and an owl. Friedrich is very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back again. If I had to force myself to make a comment, I would only think that a small coffee table would look good in front of the cozy couch, 😄 but that would be whining at the highest level. If you're looking for peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. The house was perfectly prepared upon our arrival: the beds were freshly made, everything was clean, tidy and immediately ready to move in. We found the kitchen particularly practical, where you could start cooking and roasting right away. We will be happy to come back. Many thanks!

Our holiday was great. Rooms, beds, bathrooms and kitchen extremely clean and new. The kitchen is fully equipped. Like the visitors before us, we also had some problems with small children falling asleep, as there are only roller blinds upstairs. So it doesn't really get dark. Since the house is advertised as a family home, we would have liked a stair gate, which can be installed upstairs or downstairs if necessary. Then it would have been a little more relaxed. From our side, a small suggestion for improvement: curtains or drapes in the living area. This is without, however, very sound-permeable and you can still hear conversations clearly on the 2nd floor. Otherwise, everything was great. The play tower was great and the sandbox also fulfills its purpose. The view on the lake is fantastic. Shopping facilities are quick and easy to reach.

The stay was as good as expected. The place matched the description, was clean and well located. Communication with the host was smooth. Gladly come back.“

Very nice house, furnished with style. We felt very comfortable with 3 children. In Warin you can't do much, but you can do something different every day, e.g. to Schwerin or to the Baltic Sea.

We were 3 families with children and a dog at Simon's house and felt very comfortable, for the 2nd time this year already. The house is really in top condition, has everything you need and more: we were able to barbecue, bake, cook, chill in the garden, go for walks, etc. The nature and the relaxed surroundings there have permanently enchanted us and both the adults and the children want to go back there on vacation. We felt right at home. The house is new and modern as shown in the pictures. The surroundings are in a residential area and therefore very quiet. The location to the lake was the decisive factor for us. Here we could do many activities and end the evening in the house.

We (two couples) had a great time at the accommodation in Rerik. Everything was very clean, well equipped and the house is very quiet. Especially great for four adults is that there are two full bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms – so you have enough privacy. The sauna and fireplace were real highlights. The kitchen was great for cooking together, in the evening we could make ourselves comfortable in front of the fireplace. Only the pans were already heavily worn. All windows had fly screens – very pleasant in the summer. The host was friendly, check-in via lockbox was straightforward. Particularly helpful was a small information booklet with tips on the surroundings and the use of the devices. It's about a 15-minute walk to the beach, but for excursions in the area (e.g. Kühlungsborn, Warnemünde, Rostock, etc.) you definitely need a car – the location of the accommodation is wonderfully quiet. We would come back anytime!
