From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. It is located on a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful jetty, so the lake landscape is right outside the front door. Our courtyard is the heart and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, barbecue, play table tennis. In 800 m you are at the harbor with a swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rentals.

Unfortunately, our farm is not suitable for excessive parties. Our house was built around 1850. The residential house and barn of the listed 3-sided farmstead are built with oak timber framing. There are 10 wedding linden trees around the house. In November, when the linden trees are pruned back, the house can be seen in all its glory. From May, it then slowly disappears behind shady foliage and stays wonderfully cool throughout the summer...
