Charming apartment with the perfect location of Altea, on the fifth floor where you fall asleep listening to the waves. Fantastic terrace, two bedrooms...l The beach two steps from home. It is very comfortable, renovated and with high speed WIFI 600Mb. Free parkings on train station. Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. J We have details with guests such as coffee, water and local fruits, oranges in November and Nísperos in May.

It is situated in Javea Old Town and you can walk to the old church and indoor food market in 5 mins and to Javea Port (and beach) in 15 mins. There are excellent restaurants and tapas bars within a short walk. Public transport is a short walk away. Tennis and Golf facilities and a choice of many more excellent beaches are a short drive away. Spanish lessons are available.

Los huéspedes de la casita y la cabaña tienen acceso a la piscina de temporada, situada en la misma finca. La piscina está operativa desde mediados de abril hasta el 1 de octubre. My house: nice flat very near to the beach

My flat is in a quiet street in Oliva. It's a second floor. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen with dishwasher and two balcony. There's WIFI. The balcony is quite big and there's a table and chairs so you can eat there. The flat is very near to the beach (5-minute walking). It's very near to the bus too. It is also ideal for long stays at affordable prices (I have added a considerable discount each month).

Lugares de interés: La playa salvaje de arena está a unos 150 m de la casa . Lugares de interés en la zona son el Parque Natural de la Marjal de Pego Oliva ,a unos 3 km,Te va a encantar la casa, es muy acojedora. Mi alojamiento es bueno para parejas y familias (con hijos) y mascotas. jardín privado con barbacoa muy agradable
