Apartment with a community pool, outdoor, nice and cozy in Oliva Playa, for 6 people. Each room has a large terrace and air conditioning. The vacation apartment is located in a beach and urban area, close to restaurants and bars (La Duna 200m), shops and supermarkets, 150m from a fine sand beach and dunes. Very quiet area in front of a park with trees, swings for children. Great communication with the beaches of Dénia and Gandía. Tourist License CV-VUT0059461-V

My house: nice flat very near to the beach

My flat is in a quiet street in Oliva. It's a second floor. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen with dishwasher and two balcony. There's WIFI. The flat is very near to the beach (5-minute walking). It's very near to the bus too. It is also ideal for long stays at affordable prices (I have added a considerable discount each month). For the summer, the apartment has air conditioning in the dining room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Beachfront penthouse with capacity for six people. It has a suite with a double bed, bathroom and dressing room included. Two bedrooms with single beds in each and a shared bathroom. It consists of an equipped kitchen and living room that lead to a spacious terrace with direct ocean views. The penthouse has large windows that let in natural light all day. It also has 1 garage space and direct access to the beach. We disinfect with an ozone machine.
