My house: nice flat very near to the beach

My flat is in a quiet street in Oliva. It's a second floor. It has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen with dishwasher and two balcony. There's WIFI. The flat is very near to the beach (5-minute walking). It's very near to the bus too. It is also ideal for long stays at affordable prices (I have added a considerable discount each month). For the summer, the apartment has air conditioning in the dining room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

A spacious terrace features rattan seating with plush cushions, arranged around a glass coffee table. A patterned outdoor rug ties the seating area together. Lush greenery is visible in the backdrop, contributing to a calm outdoor environment.
