francesc's apartment is extremely well located, with a very pleasant large terrace overlooking the sea and the interior is very well appointed . Francesc welcomed us very kindly and helped us find a free parking space ( quite rare in summer ). we highly recommend Francesc's dwelling.

This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had! Klaus and Rosa Maria were always responsive, kind and friendly. The view is just stunning and it is exactly the same as in the picture, even better! You can enjoy looking at the sea all day long and it takes you 5 minutes to get to the beach. The apartment was very clean, bright and cozy. You can find literally everything there, I have never seen so many useful things in rented apartment: lots of dishes, cutlery, teas, spices, coffee, pasta, rice, sewing kit, everything for cleaning, lots of additional towels. Moreover you will find everything you need for the beach, so no need to buy anything or bring with you. Amazing place for a calm vacation with family. Also everything is very close to the apartment, the shop is 2 blocks away and you will find lots restaurants nearby as well. Additionally I want to say a huge thank you to Klaus and Rosa María for letting me to do a later check out and enjoy this place longer!

Very friendly host who let us neatly inside the apartment and gave a tour. Furthermore, the apartment was super clean and equipped with every comfort. Brand new bathroom even. Location is top, one block of houses behind the boulevard with the beach and all the restaurants.

Jose was very kind and helpful from the moment we checked in. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Only a short walk to the beach and some incredible restaurants. Would definitely come back!!

My daughter Caroline and I had a wonderful stay in your apartment. The only downside was the steep hill every time you went out. Not so bad going down but a struggle for me coming up. Well worth the effort as beaches very attractive and beautiful. We also did a lot of the Cami Ronda with lovely views but very up and down steps but really pleased we did it . The apartment was lovely and comfortable and the shower especially good. Best regards June

Andreea's place was so lovely, quiet and five minute walk to one of the most beautiful coves in Costa Brava. We appreciated the air conditioner and the terrace with sea views. She had beach equipment and everything we needed.

This is a very nice apartment located right by the beach with great sea views, in a quiet section of the seafront, with a large Carrefour supermarket only 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommended !

We have just returned from a wonderful week in Platja D'Aro staying at Alberto's lovely apartment. It was just as described - stylish, comfortable, clean, peaceful and was in a great location. Alberto was so quick to respond, flexible and helpful throughout our stay and his lovely mum was also super kind and helpful with our check in. We loved the view from the balcony of the sea and the swooping birds and we had everything we needed to relax, cook and sleep well. The walk to the beautiful big local beach was easy enough, and a few minutes further along the coast there's a choice of some great alternative (smaller bay) beaches too. The street where the apartment is located is peaceful and pleasant and it's easy to reach the shops and local facilities. We appreciated being able to park right next to the house too. Definitely highly recommended! Thanks Alberto for a lovely stay. We hope to return!

This apartment exceeded all expectations for our long weekend escape. The views are absolutely breathtaking - watching the scenery from the balcony became our favorite activity morning and evening. We've been staying in this apartment during our cycling training camp at the Costa Brava in May 2025. The apartment is great, well equipped, spacious, and is just a 5 min walk away from the city centre with bars, restaurants and access to the beach. This is a truly outstanding Airbnb, run by truly outstanding hosts, Anton and Lara. The apartment was clearly very recently renovated with extremely good taste, and with comfort in mind. The view is wonderful, just as pictured in the listing, and the place is amazingly convenient, with a great supermarket, bakery and restaurant/bar just below and a very short walk to many beachfront restaurants. Also, the walk to all of the great shopping in Platja d'Aro is a very short one. Anton and Lara have thought of everything. The kitchen was extremely well set up for cooks like us. The bed was very comfortable; the shower is the best we've ever had, with plenty of hot water and no water on the floor (plus walk-in with no track). Anton and Lara are amazing hosts - everything from a check-in video to make things crystal clear to providing tons of coffee capsules and immediately restocking or replacing anything that broke or ran out. The best hosts! We strongly recommend this place!

The apartment right on the promenade delivers everything it promises: a stunning location, an unparalleled view, modern amenities, great air conditioning and everything is within a one-minute walk: the beach, the diving school, fantastic restaurants (L'Arbre de Juliette, Palanqui), and shops (two Spar supermarkets and small beach stores). But the best part has been mentioned elsewhere, though not praised enough: Andreu was the most charming and helpful host you could imagine. From carrying our luggage from the rental car to the apartment door, to offering local tips and even providing a detailed route to avoid traffic on the way to the airport, truly exceptional! We’d love to come back again and again.

Our stay at this Costa Brava gem was nothing short of magical! The home is completely renovated with a stunning modern design, yet it still feels warm and inviting. But what truly sets this place apart are the views—absolutely breathtaking from every corner. Judith was incredibly kind and helpful from start to finish, making everything smooth and welcoming. It honestly felt like a dream— we could have stayed forever. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape with unmatched scenery, this is the place. 100% recommend and can’t wait to return!

The place was fantastic, we will definitely be back. Clean and superbly equipped. The terrace and balcony were the highlight. The single beds were a little narrow - but great for children. The location is great too. There is plenty of free parking in front of the property. The kitchen has everything you need. A washing machine is also available. Marc was always available and responds within a few minutes. All in all a great place to stay!!

Beautiful apartment, great location. A short walk to the beach and with magnificent views of the canals. Very functional. Small plus the terrace upstairs with jacuzzi and four-poster bed... not overlooked. Great for enjoying the sun or sunset. Very nice and very responsive host. Accommodation managed by a concierge who is also nice and friendly. And very good advice from both. I recommend it and would love to come back

Best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Veronique is such a kind person and always helpful. The photos are very accurate to what you see but in reality it looks and feels even more awesome. The decor is so cozy. We did not feel like leaving at all. 100% would stay here again and again. The view from anywhere in the house is incredible, beautiful sea and mountains. Such a chill place to view the world go by. Great restaurants also in Roses and Véronique’s recommendations are perfect. It is ideal to have a car because the house is a few hundred meters above Roses.

Great apartment with a lovely terrace where you can sit quietly and privately. Nice BBQ that we have used several times. Within walking distance of a great beach. Apartment is nicely furnished and very complete with good appliances in the kitchen. The only minor point of criticism is that we missed glass drinking glasses. There were wine glasses but otherwise only plastic long drink glasses. But apartment is definitely recommended!
