Really lovely apartment close to amenities and the beach. Our host provided lots of great instructions and great recommendations. The apartment was beautifully styled with everything that we required for a weeks stay. A couple of suggestions if I may. The bathroom was gorgeous however the shower curtain often failed to contain the water resulting in a very wet floor so perhaps think about a proper shower surround. The downstairs bedroom had no space for hanging or storing clothes therefore if four adult guests stayed, it may be a challenge. Overall, a great stay and would return again 😀

I really enjoyed my time in Valencia and the stay in this fisherman’s house is one of the main reason for this. The apartment is attractive and stylish as well as being well-located for the beach, the breath-taking Arts & Science area, the Turia Park and not very far from the old town (about 15-20 mins by bicycle). The host has a booklet of suggestions for the best places to see and where to eat in Cabanyal and Valencia as a whole. I would highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Antonio's apartment is great for a stay in Valencia. Antonio was very nice and welcoming, and the apartment is right across from the beach.

I had the pleasure of staying in Jorge’s loft for two weeks. From the very beginning, Jorge and his wife were incredibly attentive and kind. They were always quick to respond to any question I had, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout my stay. The loft itself is calm, beautifully maintained, and absolutely spotless—it’s clear that great care goes into keeping the place in perfect condition. I slept very well every night, which says a lot about both the comfort of the space and the peacefulness of the area. The location is another major highlight: you’re just a short walk from the stunning Turia Park and also close to the beach, which makes it easy to enjoy both nature and city life. It truly felt like the perfect base for exploring Valencia while also having a tranquil place to unwind. Warm, responsive hosts + an ideal location + a clean and quiet space = the perfect stay.
