This property has been in my family for 40 years, and it is with great excitement that I am embarking on this project to turn it into a true 5-star haven of peace. Located in one of the most privileged spots in Llançà, the Villa will wow you with an extraordinary combination: sun, sea, wonderful views, tranquility, and a unique natural setting.

Mas Prats becomes a quiet corner, which invites you to rest and enjoy a unique rural environment located between the Costa Brava and the Gavarres. The one-story house is accessible, spacious and very bright and from every room you can see the fields or the forest. The birds are listening. Two large windows connect the house to the outside, where the porch invites you to enjoy the landscape. The decoration is minimalist and they dominate the clear tones and the wood. Completely renovated with care, this winegrower's house combines authenticity, comfort, and Catalan spirit. Built on the rock, it reveals the original natural rocks in some rooms. Wine terraces in schist, views of the Albères, absolute calm with birds, and large outdoor spaces invite you to discover the Côte Vermeille in a different way.

The house is a minute walk from Sa Tuna beach, one of the prettiest beaches in Costa Brava. Sa Tuna has stunning scenery with pristine waters surrounded by pine trees and still retains the feeling of a fishing village. Our house has a privileged location in an elevated position with a magnificient terrace overlooking the cove. The traditional Catalan house is full of character with high ceilings, airy and loads of light. It is an oasis of tranquility and perfect for unwinding.

The spacious 4 bedroom , 3 bathroom, villa located in Begur has capacity for 8 people.<br>Very tastefully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen gives access to the sunny terrace with a large swimming pool. Once on the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Mediterranean Sea. You can choose to relax by the pool with a cool drink or descend to the beach for a dip in the sea.
