A perfect villa for a peaceful getaway in the sun. Lovely outdoor space and comfortable accommodation. It’s a short walk to the shops and about a 20 min walk to the beach and the old town.

Excellent place to spend a few quiet days and rest. The environment is beautiful and offers you possibilities to stroll and enjoy the area. The views are spectacular and it is very close to a couple of very nice coves as well. Definitely worth it

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. I really enjoyed my stay. The views of the ocean are incredible!! What a joy to cook from the kitchen looking out over the ocean and then eat on the terrace listening to the sound of the waves. The location is great to pop down for a morning swim or snorkel, go for a hike, or an evening stroll along the seafront. Communication was easy and friendly.

The apartment was so immaculate and modern with lots of little quirks, the views are spectacular I didn't want to leave.

Very nice place as described. The proximity to services is nice. Recommended. Bulky luggage not recommended as the staircase to the apartment is a little narrow.

This is one of the places I’ll definitely come back to! It was an absolute pleasure staying at this lovely apartment, from the amazing sea view greeting you morning and evening, daily sunrise, calm and quiet neighbourhood that’s a pleasure to take a daily walk through. The place has everything you need and more, María clearly has put a lot of thought and work to craft such a cozy and welcoming place, on top of being an excellent host that made sure we felt home.

John is just the nicest, most helpful and friendly guy. He showed us all 3 apartments and they are all fabulous. So well designed and stylishly decorated and furnished. The location is superb and it is so soothing hearing the waves at night and feeling the gentle sea breeze. We have travelled a lot over the years but this must be one of the best placed we’ve ever stayed at.

Just stayed at Maria’s place with all our family 6 adults and one 10 month old and this place is brilliant Super clean and well furnished and modern with everything you could need. The pool was our highlight we used it constantly The villa is also only 10 minute walk from all the restaurants and bars and nice little beach aswell. Can’t recommend it enough Thanks Maria

The stay at Laura's place was very nice. Your neighbor Javi let us in, explained everything to us and gave tips. The apartment was clean and had a perfect layout for us as the children's room is separable with a sliding door. Toys are also provided. The location is perfect for kids with family. Everything within walking distance. We'll definitely be back.

A wonderful apartment in a top location. Very complete! Kitchen well equipped. Good and quiet location. Easy walking distance to beach. David is a super nice man. Always responds and is very helpful. He was also present when we arrived at the apartment. We felt more than welcome! We enjoyed it very much and will definitely go back. Thank you David for everything.

Great host and fantastic apartment. Communication was great and Mischa was very helpful and got back really quickly when we had questions. The apartment is in the perfect location a few minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. We loved the view from the living room. It was nice to have the pool as an option too and really handy to have beach chairs and umbrellas to use. We would like to come back but for longer next time.

Great location between l’Arenal beach and the port. 10-15mins walk to either, both of which have lovely restaurants and shops. Apartment was clean and the balcony was impressive (dining, relaxed seating & hot tub for 2 people). Lots of parking available and great kitchen facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave). Arrival instructions were clear. Note €10 cash required for 8pm-midnight arrival or €30 midnight-9am. Communal pool looked lovely but was too cold to use at the time of year we visited (May). As others have mentioned, the apartment looks out onto a fairly sizeable road which didn’t bother us in the main (you get the odd loud moped). Overall a great stay and great communication from Patricia.

Very good stay at Greise's apartment. The view from the terrace is really nice and the area is residential and quiet, while being a 5-min walk from Arenal beach where there are many shops and restaurants. Very good communication and warm welcome from Greise.

Mach was very helpful and communicative before and during stay. Home was beautiful, spacious, well equipped, clean. Outside area was fabulous, with plenty of seating and eating for us all. The communal pool was spotlessly clean the area around the pool was very well kept and only a few feet away from the garden gate, which was great for the little ones. There is a rooftop pool. It’s a short walk away from the beach and all the shops bars and restaurants beach area is wonderful very clean. The restaurants are a great standard with lots to choose from. The boat hire and scuba hire is on the beach.

The treat was great and the area was unbeatable location. We were very well. The service was fantastic the whole Jonathan team was attentive at all times, both Alexandra and Carolina a 10, very decisive. There was a small issue in the bathroom and they immediately resolved it. We would definitely repeat.

We had a fantastic stay in Xàbia! The apartment is in a brilliant location—just across the road from a supermarket and only a few minutes’ walk to the sea, the port, and great restaurants. The apartment was very clean, well-decorated, and perfect for our group. Each room had air conditioning, which was much appreciated, and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. We especially enjoyed using the balcony and rooftop for relaxing and drying clothes. There was some construction noise from a neighboring building during our stay, but that’s outside the host’s control. Overall, this is a great place to stay and we’d absolutely recommend it. We’d love to return in the future—thank you to the hosts for a wonderful visit!

Wow wow wow! What can I say!??! This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th with a bunch of friends. The house, pool, hot tub, and sauna were divine. The views couldn't be beat. We had so much fun both hanging out around the house and walking 30 minutes into Calpe to be in town. It is hilly to hike to town, but we did it several times no problem. There are a couple of great restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, too. We had room to park our 3 cars inside the property, too. We loved every minute of this vacation!!

We wish we had booked for longer as there was so much to see. A beautiful place with an incredible host. We will be back!!

We've been at Lucia's house for almost a month. We felt right at home, the apartment is super comfortable, it has everything you need, large and spacious, safe and with everything new!!! Lucia is a delight, making sure we had everything we needed! The truth is that both the apartment and the place are a 10-star experience. We will definitely be back in Jávea and I will always count on Lucia's apartment if it is available!! Thanks for everything Lucia!
