This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

The apartment was so immaculate and modern with lots of little quirks, the views are spectacular I didn't want to leave.

Wow wow wow! What can I say!??! This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th with a bunch of friends. The house, pool, hot tub, and sauna were divine. The views couldn't be beat. We had so much fun both hanging out around the house and walking 30 minutes into Calpe to be in town. It is hilly to hike to town, but we did it several times no problem. There are a couple of great restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, too. We had room to park our 3 cars inside the property, too. We loved every minute of this vacation!!

Sergio even waited for us until 1:00 am and checked us into the accommodation in person. The reception was super warm, so you feel right at home. For us, it was the nicest place we've ever had. You can tell that there is a lot of love and effort in the Airbnb. Here you can really relax and unwind. There is nothing to complain about! We will be happy to come back. :)

Everything is perfect, the apartment is very nice, it does not lack detail, it is very clean, tidy and with everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the full kitchen in terms of appliances, crockery and so on. The terrace is a wonder, we enjoyed wonderful sunrises and a beautiful sea view. On arrival how Maria Eugenia received us at the departure, she was very friendly and explained and helped us with everything we needed. The parking is appreciated, especially in high season it comes very well and is more comfortable. The pool area is beautiful and easily accessible, both the building and the surroundings are adapted for wheelchairs. It is a short walk away from the beach and promenade with plenty of restaurants and shops. There's a small supermarket across the street and several minutes from the apartment. Let's come back for sure, we were very comfortable, thank you so much for everything.

Loved the apartment. Had everything I needed but for a kettle. The balcony was big.loction was brilliant. Had a view of the sea and promenade. 50 yards walk to la fossa beach. Salt Lake over the road a few hundred yards. Lots of bird life including pink flamingo. Loved the walk round it. Lots to do in Calpe including walking up Calpe Rock.

Amazing accommodation, perfect for 2 people with everything you need. The location is ideal, you have a beautiful cove 2 min walk, restaurants and supermarkets a few minutes away. The area is very quiet, ideal for resting and spending a few relaxing days. And Natalia is very kind, she helped us a lot during our stay by giving us all the directions and recommendations. She was very friendly and understanding It's been a pleasure to be here, and we'll definitely repeat :)

Fantastic location , right on the beach , we have stayed in the apartment block before in another apartment. This apartment is far higher spec than others we have stayed in within Barlovento . Fantastic kitchen with loads of equipment and a few essentials left for us which is always helpful . Bathrooms / shower top notch. Amazing balcony where we spent most of our time with useful fridge out on the balcony . Sky Sports on the TV was an unexpected bonus ! Rianka was very friendly and efficient and responded quickly when required . Nice bottle of Cava left for us was a nice touch. Couple of areas for possible improvement, the side terrace is not usable due to issues with pigeon/ seagull mess. Aircon would add to the appeal of the apartment in the hottest months . Neither of these issues would stop us recommending or staying here again. Loved it Thanks Dave and Colette

Second stay at Franks place and it didn’t disappoint. Felt right at home as a family of four - we will definitely be back. Beautiful views, beautiful surroundings and all round peaceful part of Benidorm. Thank you so much.

Beautifully tastefully decorated apartment with the view as a unique selling point. Wonderfully comfortable bed, great bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Spaces exactly as described and in the photos from the ad. The apartment is centrally located close to the beach, with nice beach bar Euforia, restaurants, shops and the old town center. Everything within walking distance. The beach chairs and parasol present were a pleasant surprise. Communication with owners Oliver and Silke was excellent. They reported in advance that the swimming pool was not available due to overdue maintenance work and offered excellent compensation for this. The host on site, Valentina, is great. Very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to messages. I can recommend Oliver and Silke's apartment with Valentina as a host to everyone. You will not be disappointed.

Great stay. A short walk to town but both a hotel restaurant and GastroBar are almost on the doorstep. Immediately next door is a tennis court that can be rented from a lovely neighbour.

Had a superb stay. Very nice apartment with spectacular views. Apartment is very neat. Everything is provided and even extras like shampoo, conditioner, sun cream, detergent. So in great shape. The apartment is in a perfect location. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. You could also rent a garage, which was really recommended. Reception by Isabel was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. Always there for you. Top host ! We will definitely come back 👍👍

Absolutely loved this apartment. Chose to stay here after a wedding in Altea and travelling with 2 under 2 we didn’t want to venture much further, just wanted somewhere nice and by the beach. Chose the stay basically based on this apartment that looked lovely. Josep was very accommodating with a high chair and cot (we brought a cot ourselves for our 2nd). This apartment block looked the nicest we saw along the beach front and the apartment itself one of the best with a huge terrace and a second balcony. The terrace really fantastic. Right by the beach. New and modern. Clean and provided basic amenities - body wash, hand soap, cleaning products, a welcome basket which is always nice. David - Josep’s friend had to let us in as he explained key boxes are not actually legal anymore. He was very thorough showing us the apartment for a few mins and also allowed us early checkin which we appreciated so much with our 2 babies. We loved it - thank you!

We had a fantastic week in Calpe. Christophe’s apartment has the best location right on the beach and above an excellent gelato shop :) It is easily walkable to many adjacent restaurants. It looks just like the photos, modern and clean. Highly recommended and we are planning a return visit! Prompt communication with Christophe throughout our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at Loraine’s place. Incredible views from the spotless property of the sea and the Penon de Ifach rock with a very short walk to both. Loved the pool, we felt like the only users which was a bonus! The flat is within walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops and a short stroll away from Platja de la Fossa for a beach change if you fancy it. We had such a relaxing stay that we’ll definitely be back in the future. Thank you Loraine!

An absolute gem in the heart of Jávea Port - unbeatable sunrise views to wake up to everyday, and the apartment itself is gorgeous. Located above lots of great restaurants & short walk to supermarkets, however you still feel tucked away in your own little sanctuary. Absolutely loved my stay & will definitely be back ☺️ Inge was a perfect host, as flexible as possible with check in/ check out & very helpful with recommendations - thanks again!

The apartment is exactly as advertised. There are even more things like: hair straightener, cotton buds, makeup remover. They also offered us hammocks and umbrellas for the beach. All in all we were at home. It was a pleasure, we'll be back soon.

We have had the most amazing week, the apartment was fabulous, balcony was huge with somewhere to sit and also dine alfresco, overlooking the beach, couldn’t have asked for more
