Wonderful Experience at the Villa Elias! Our stay at the villa was perfect. The sea view was breathtaking, especially during sunset – a true sense of calm, quiet, and complete privacy. Choosing this villa was an excellent decision, especially because of the heated pool, which the kids absolutely loved. They enjoyed both swimming and playing in the spacious garden. The villa is well-equipped, with many useful items that made our stay very comfortable, including an air pump for pool toys. The location is also great – close to shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies. Cozy and comfortable house in a beautiful place with beautiful views. Get used to the steep road there, but then you also have some. 5 minutes drive to the beach and village, but also to walk (about 15 minutes). Stamatis responded quickly and carefully to every question. Too bad we didn't meet, but he was very available. i highly recommend this place!

We booked the villa for a week and were more than satisfied. Perfect communication, easy check-in. The villa has a magnificent location, the house has plenty of space and everything you need. The pool was also very nice. I would especially like to highlight the great service and hospitality of the hosts. Great restaurant recommendations and accessibility. All in all, a great vacation and worth a recommendation.

Beautiful villa in a great location. If your are stunned by the pictures, you sure will be stunned by the villa itself - it is simply a gem. It lies at the top of a hill overlooking Kissamos. If you don’t mind a short, steep walk, you can even reach the town (and a supermarket) per foot. If there is anything to criticize then it is the kitchen equipment - a few more big bowls for salad etc would be great. Ioannis is a great host, super friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

The villa exudes luxury throughout with thoughtful details that ensure a high level comfort during your stay. We couldn’t make full use of the pool (price to heat was a bit high) but our daughters were braver and took a few quick dips. We stayed over Easter and planned visits into the local town and surrounding area to immerse ourselves in the celebrations and communities which was so memorable. We’d definitely love to stay again- it was a wrench to leave!!

This place is a treasure. The views from the living room and kitchen are spectacular. The house has many clever features that are well designed. The area around Almyrida is fun to explore--go down to the beach or on a hike along the coast. Almyrida is a cute beach town, very welcoming. And we did several further from the town adventures. We had no idea that Crete has so much to offer--pottery in Margarites, beautiful beaches, intense hikes, exceptional museums, exploring Hania's historic streets. The property management team were wonderful to interact with. We felt so fortunate to find such a gem. Thank you!!! We sure hope we can return.

A lovely villa - looked exactly like the photos. We were a family of 8 adults and 2 small children and there was room for all of us. Kitchen was big enough with every utensil (and more) you could think of. Our host was there to greet us and was always responsive when needed ( 2 small issues both quickly resolved). A lovely welcome basket of food/drink etc was a nice touch. I would not say a car is essential - its less than 10 mins walk to several lovely restaurants and a nice little beach. However the nearest proper supermarket is 30-40 mins walk although its only a 10 euro taxi back and youll save more than that as the local shop (2 mins down the hill) is only really any good for fresh bread and emergency supplies! The outside/pool area in villa was roomy and the inside hot tub/sauna were well used. My only advice would be to have some sun loungers on the terrace outside main bedroom as that did seem wasted space although lovely views of the mountains and the sea. We would stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The place was exactly at how was advertised. The on-site manager/Maid was fantastic and checked on us several times to make sure we didn’t need anything. She also let us stay a few extra hours after checkout in the pool while she cleaned with her crew. The cleaning crew was amazing… Literally spotless when we arrived. The property is starting to show its age a little bit, but was really clean, which was what was important. Would definitely stay here again.

We cannot have asked for a better place to stay in Chania. The house is a gorgeous villa perfect for a large family vacation. The location is on a breathtaking hill overlooking the city and old Harbor. There are tons of windows letting in natural light. You can be an old town in eight minutes by car or about 45 minutes walking. There are plenty of local mini markets and restaurants nearby. Michalis was a model host, and gave us plenty of recommendations for day trips, restaurants, treats, activities, and gave us very kind gifts throughout our stay. If we ever return to Crete, we will be staying here again!

We had a great stay - the villa was exactly as described - having a pool attached to our glorious terrace - made our stay so much more enjoyable. The layout of the villa is perfect - large bedrooms and great bathrooms - all the facilities just perfect. It was a nice touch having the villa topped and tailed whilst we stayed - fresh bedding and towels supplied. There are some wonderful beaches within walking distance - with food and drink available - so you can spend the whole day on the beach and also some a short drive away with a much more of a Beach Club vibe going on. The harbour and the Old Town have great places to eat and much to see and do - a trip to some of the restaurants in the hillsides is a must do.

A lovely, luxury appartment near the beach and about 30 minutes' walk from the old town of Chania. A well-equipped, clean and beautiful appartment, but above all the warm and friendly hostess Anastasia. She guided us around the area, brought local delicacies, stocked the fridge with food and even drove us to the grocery store with her car. We really enjoyed our stay at the appartment and can wholeheartedly recommend it to others. You certainly wont't be disapointed!

Beautifully constructed and well appointed home in a very peaceful area! Beds are so comfortable compared to other European stays. We traveled to a few different beaches- sandy to rocky- in under an hour. Afrata beach just 5 mins drive or 20min walk. Super relaxing stay!

The Airbnb was fantastic, very modern and spacious with an amazing view. The host was extremely helpful leading up to our stay and also during our stay. One of the best Villa’s I have ever stayed in, the pictures do not do it justice. Highly recommend choosing this for your stay in Greece. Only bad thing is that we had to leave to come back home!

The villa is spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely well-equipped – the kitchen had top-tier appliances, and the baby gear was modern, clean, and like new. The house is set in a peaceful location with a breathtaking sea view. When we arrived, a delicious homemade Greek salad and cookies were waiting for us – such a warm welcome! The place was in a really nice and quiet area. With children, a 6/5 choice with a swimming pool and a fenced yard. Stelios always responded quickly and we received, for example, more charcoal when requested. The outdoor grill was absolutely amazing! we also recommend renting a car, making it much easier to get around.
