The apartment was renovated in 2022 by the owners Manolis and Vicky with great taste and is located in the city of Rethymno, in the area of Kallithea. The name of the area means "good view" or "beautiful view," referring to the view that the apartment offers. It is just a 10-minute walk from the beach of Rethymno specifically 850 meters away. The distance from the old town of Rethymno is approximately 2 kilometers, where you can see the well-preserved city, shops, restaurants, and attractions.

Ground floor apartment with beautifull spacious garden with view of the small city of Rethymno with wifi(fiber 200mbs) , 50 inches plasma TV, kitchen and wc. the studio is located near supermarkets that you can buy your groceries, the neighboorhood is quiet and peacfull away from the noisy roads, but in very close walking distance from the city center ( Notice: walking to the apartment is uphill !).
