We are very satisfied at Eladia’s place. It met all our needs from the bathroom portable water heater and a separate room for a washer to wash our clothes. That’s a must. It has 2 bedrooms that accommodated our family. The location is very close to a lot of good restaurants, hospital, grocery store and public transportation. It is also a safe place to walk around even at night time. Eladia is very considerate and thoughtful of our situation due to family emergency. She is also very approachable with the assistance of her caretaker of the place.

The place is spacious, clean and very close to etablishments. Great place to relax and unwind❤️👍

Its my second stay here, because I enjoyed my first stay so much. it has everything you need in an airbnb, restaurants across the road, grocery store behind, malls just a 10 minute drive away, as well as a balcony to sit outside and take it all in. Accommodating host and easy to communicate with. Overall a 5 star stay. thanks again 😊

Overall, we had a wonderful staycation in this lovely abode! Staying on the 17th floor offered a cool ambiance and stunning views, making the experience even more special. The place was cozy, with a clean and simple design that made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the fast internet and Netflix access, and even our small dogs had a great time exploring the space. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, it’s beautifully furnished, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touches. Looking forward to staying again! Thank you!

Gustavo moved me to the unit downstairs providing some compensation. Overall, it's a well-maintained tiny house in a typical super-messy-but-colorful densely-built low-income area of Manila. If you're prepared for this environment, it provides for a very interesting stay. The place is difficult to locate, but kids in the area around the house respond to mentioning Gustavo's name.

The place is so nice and malapit sa mga store.

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

The place was very clean, also the pool. The house is very spacious and included everything we needed for our stay. It’s centrally located for quick access to the expressway or Clark.

Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

The place was super spacious. Perfect for parties and hanging out with family and friends! 😊 We had a blast with the karaoke too. The rooms were clean and cozy. The only thing was a few ‘unwanted guests’ flying around outside at night lol, but overall, everything was awesome. Thanks Sir Mark!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with a modern touch. There were plenty of movies to enjoy, and the karaoke setup was such a fun bonus. The host and caretaker were both incredibly helpful and quick to respond to anything we needed. Would definitely love to stay here again on our next trip!
