Wir bieten ein tolles kleines 1-Zimmer-Apartment im Grindelviertel für ein bis zwei Personen in direkter Nähe zu Messe, Uni und Innenstadt. Unser kleines Apartment ist gemütlich eingerichtet, verfügt über eine Kochnische mit Kühlschrank, Spüle und zwei Kochplatten (auf Wunsch können wir gerne einen Backofen dazustellen), ein kleines Badezimmer, Sitzmöglichkeiten zum Essen oder Arbeiten, ein Schlafsofa und eine Empore mit gemütlicher Schlafkoje. Es ist ruhig gelegen zu einem Hinterhof.

Die Wohnung liegt wenige Gehminuten vom Hamburger Rathaus, der Binnenalster und der Europapassage sowie der Mönckebergstraße entfernt. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei und eine Bushaltestelle, und in ca 200m ist die U-Bahn - du kannst Hamburg so ideal und einfach erkunden. In unserer Straße sind einige gute Restaurants - ich empfehle eine Pizza bei Spaccaforno zu essen.

In a few minutes, you can reach the city center, the recreational mile ¨Reeperbahn¨ as well as the Hamburg harbor. The Messe area is two minutes nearby. My accommodations are suitable for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

Von hier gelangen Sie in 2-3 Gehminuten direkt an die Alster, der botanische Garten (Planten un Blomen) lädt zum verweilen ein und auch die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Feeling at home in the city centre directly next to Jungfernstieg and Alster. The flat (100 qm) is in an old traditional building with two sleeping rooms with double beds and a lovely living room with a comfortable double sofa sleeper. We offer a baby bed for 10€ and a high chair for 5€ once. Please let us know if you will need it.
