Το σπίτι είναι ένα τυπικό ζακυνθινό αγροτόσπιτο που χτίστηκε πριν από 80-100 περίπου χρόνια. Στο πέρασμα του χρόνου έχει υποστεί πολλές ανακαινίσεις προκειμένου να είναι όσο πιο άνετο γίνεται αλλά χωρίς να αλλοιωθεί η προσωπικότητά του. Βρίσκεται στη μέση ενός ελαιώνα ηλικίας άνω των 600 ετών. Χαρακτηριστικά του είναι η ησυχία, η ηρεμία, η απομόνωση, η γαλήνη. Το οίκημα είναι απομονωμένο, δεν υπάρχουν άλλα σπίτια γύρω ενώ το χωριό βρίσκεται περίπου 250 μέτρα πιο κάτω (τρία λεπτά με τα πόδια).

Cooking rings are located on the veranda, and pantry items (salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided. Includes A/C, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, TV, and Wi-Fi.
