Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Our apartment is very bright and friendly. Perfect size for couples or for anyone looking for a small but nice place to stay. The apartment is located in the center of downtown. The apartment is in the attic and therefore offers a good view of the tower of the castle. Opposite is a small ice cream cafe and various restaurants are within 2 minutes' walking distance. The train station is about 10 minutes walk and the bus station about 5 minutes walk.

There is no heating for safety reasons. If you're interested, you can play table tennis, badminton or just relax in the shade or sun.

In Inés‘ studio we had some wonderful and quiet days. The kitchen was of high quality design and super equipped, all rooms impress with beautiful materials and a very special aesthetic. A gem! Communication was friendly, fast and pleasant, we were happy about the personal reception. The bed is a little too small for tall people, but good and high quality. There is a lot of activities in the area, a special place!

Ingeburg warmly welcomed us into her beautiful house and explained everything in detail. The apartment is very spacious and also ideal for 4 people. We also particularly liked the private and secure parking on the premises. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a carefree stay. We highly recommend this place and will gladly come back here if we get the chance.
