Linda and I would like to invite you out to stay at our place. This is a place where you can come in and stay and relax. You can read a book, walk down the road or walk in the fields. You can go out and see the horses or talk to the dogs and cats. We can handle any guests and we will treat our guests with respect. In return, we ask you to treat us and the people who help us with respect. I have lived on this quarter of land for all of my life and strive to be an asset to our community.

What a beautiful home! The property is very well taken care of and a quite place to stay. The details Abby provided were amazing from the beautiful decor in every room to the smallest amenities you wouldn't think of like a pet bed and water dish in the sunroom and the toys available if you have children. Abby has really thought of it all!

Stayed a night while traveling across country. It was nice as a family of four to spread out and not be cramped in a hotel room. The whole house was spotless and the kitchen well stocked. Check in was flawless and Melanie was super responsive getting us directions on how to get in. We will definitely be staying again if we are traveling in the area.

This home is very clean and very nice! Comfortable furniture and bed. Steven gave good directions to the location and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. We come to Beaver once a year to sale our calves at the sale barn and we will definitely stay here again!!

If you appreciate wide open spaces and beautiful views, this is the place for you. The kids loved playing in the yard and there was plenty of space for a large group to stay. We wish we could have spent more time there.

On our way out to Rolla I received a message from Ed explaining the check in process. He communicated very well with us and was a wealth of information about the nearby grasslands. I would highly recommend booking with them if you’re ever in the area. The house was spotless upon arrival. Very comfortable atmosphere and unparalleled hospitality. Will definitely book again.
